Reference Build · Agent-Executable Playbook

The Launch Playbook

This page is a worked example of how to build a launch page that an autonomous agent can actually execute. Every item below is a real task with a goal, a URL, exact steps, and a place to record the result. The lesson is the structure. Instructions first, identity second, then ranked work, then everything else.

99Total tasks

01Agent operating instructions

Read this section first. It defines who is executing, in what order, and how results get recorded.

Who is executing

An autonomous reputation and link-building agent working for Micah Berkley, with control of his browser and Gmail. It works this list top to bottom and completes as much as possible without him.

Order of operations

  • Pre-flight first. Do not submit to company or organization directories until the canonical company name is confirmed.
  • Then the 7 highest-leverage moves, in rank order. These carry the most weight.
  • Then the 14-day sprint, day-range by day-range, top to bottom.
  • Backlog last, only if time remains.

Check-off protocol

The agent must check off every item it completes and write an update. Tick the box on the task, then fill the Update field with: status, the live profile URL, whether the micahberkley.com link is present and whether it is dofollow or nofollow, and the date. Progress saves automatically in this browser.

  • Complete. Tick the checkbox and record the live URL, link status, and date.
  • Partial. Leave unticked. Write exactly what remains in the Update field.
  • Blocked. Leave unticked. Write NEEDS MICAH: and the specific thing required, such as payment, a phone OTP, photo ID, or his personal voice on a pitch.
  • Never fabricate. If a profile did not publish, say so. An honest blocker beats a false completion.

Hard rules

Entity consistency is the entire point. One inconsistent name or title fractures the graph and undoes the work. Use the identity block verbatim, every time.

  • Real handles only. Claim or link only these: linkedin.com/in/micahberkley, x.com/MicahBerkley, instagram.com/the.aimogul, facebook.com/TheAIMogul, github.com/MrBerkley, medium.com/@MrDJTek.
  • Never create, claim, or link these impostor profiles: youtube.com/@theaimogul, medium.com/@theaimogul, theaimogul.substack.com.
  • The title is always "Fractional Chief of AI." Banned anywhere: "AI consultant", "AI evangelist", "thought leader", "guru", "ninja", "wizard", and "solutions architect" in public copy.
  • No em dashes. Hard ban. Use periods or commas.
  • Never publish the valley. No hardship specifics. The public arc is earned mastery.
  • One offer only. $12K per month, six-month minimum, four seats. Do not invent packages, discounts, or tiers.
  • Every number must be true. Use the proof stack. No client names without written approval.
  • Most placements are nofollow. Pursue them for entity recognition and AI-search citability, not PageRank. Dofollow wins are flagged in green.

02Identity block

Paste-ready. Identical on every profile: same name, title, bio, headshot, and links. This is what makes the footprint compound.

03Pre-flight

Four tasks. Nothing gets submitted until these are done.

1Assemble the reusable asset pack

pre-flightagent can do

Save in one place: high-res headshot, the 50, 100, and 250-word bios, the link list, the pitch, and the proof-stack one-liners. Reuse them identically everywhere. Every later task pulls from this pack.

Done when. The pack exists in one folder and every field in the identity block has a final approved value.

Update

2Confirm the canonical company name with Micah

pre-flightneeds Micah

Research surfaced two possible entity names plus a product name. Do not guess. Ask Micah which entity name to use in company and founder directories, then use it consistently forever. Until confirmed, skip every company-profile field.

Done when. Micah has named the single entity to use, and it is written into the asset pack.

Update

3Confirm the signup email

pre-flightneeds Micah

Some platforms require a business-domain email and reject free Gmail. Confirm with Micah whether to use an address on micahberkley.com or an existing account. Set it up before any registration.

Done when. One verified email account is chosen and accessible to the agent for confirmation links.

Update

4Verify the hub is ready to receive links

pre-flightagent can do

Confirm micahberkley.com loads, carries the Person JSON-LD, allows AI crawlers in robots.txt, and has its sitemap submitted in Search Console. Request indexing for each new profile as it goes live.

Done when. The hub is confirmed live and indexable, and the indexing workflow is ready.

Update

04The 7 highest-leverage moves

Ranked. Do them in this order. These carry the most entity weight and include the rare dofollow wins.

1LinkedIn

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 9/10

Why this ranks here. Your entire entity graph propagates from here. Every data aggregator scrapes public LinkedIn to build its web references. Fix this first and everything downstream compounds.

Goal. Create or secure a LinkedIn listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. LinkedIn (personal profile)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.linkedin.com/signup

Steps
1) Go to https://www.linkedin.com/signup and create a free account (or sign in to an existing one) using Micah's name and email. 2) Set the custom vanity URL: open the profile, click "Edit public profile & URL" (top right), then under "Edit your custom URL" change it to linkedin.com/in/micahberkley (or micahberkleyseo / micah-berkley if taken). 3) Add the website backlink in Contact Info: click the pencil/edit icon on the intro card > "Edit contact info" > "Website" field > add https://micahberkley.com (choose category "Company" or "Other"; LinkedIn allows up to 3 website links). 4) Add micahberkley.com to the Featured section: profile > "Add profile section" > Recommended > "Add featured" > "Add a link" > paste https://micahberkley.com (this renders a clickable card with title/description pulled from the site). 5) Write a keyword-rich headline, e.g. "AI + SEO Entrepreneur | Founder, MicahBerkley.com | Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & Digital Marketing". 6) Fill out About, Experience, and a profile photo to make the profile crawlable and credible. ASSETS NEEDED: name, email, headshot, 1-2 line bio, headline, and the URL https://micahberkley.com. No payment, no approval queue — fully self-service.

Caveats. This is the single most replicable, highest-impact self-submit profile source in the whole project. DOFOLLOW: External links in the Contact Info "Website" field and Featured section are nofollow (LinkedIn standard) — so this is NOT a link-juice play. Effort is low and fully self-service (no claim, no pay, no approval). Scored 9 not 10 only because the links are nofollow. Vanity URL linkedin.com/in/micahberkley should be checked for availability; fall back to micah-berkley or micahberkleyseo. This should be done FIRST in the campaign — it is the anchor profile.

Done when. The LinkedIn profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Update

2Crunchbase

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 5/10

Why this ranks here. The number one entity-graph anchor for an AI founder. Person plus organization records feed the Knowledge Graph and AI search.

Goal. Create or secure a Crunchbase listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.crunchbase.com/register

Steps
IMPORTANT: The candidate URL (.../profiles_and_contacts) is NOT the right target. That tab is Crunchbase's paid "Contact Data" product (B2B decision-maker names/titles/emails sourced from data partners, gated behind a Pro/Business paid subscription). It is machine-aggregated and CANNOT be self-submitted or edited by users.

The REPLICABLE route is creating a free Crunchbase PERSON PROFILE (a separate, public, user-editable page at crunchbase.com/person/...), plus optionally an ORGANIZATION profile for Micah's brand/agency. Steps:
1) Register a free account at https://www.crunchbase.com/register using a social login (Google/LinkedIn). Crunchbase REQUIRES social authentication before you can contribute/edit any profile.
2) Search Crunchbase for 'Micah Berkley' to confirm no person profile exists yet.
3) Create the Person profile: top-right '+' / Add menu -> 'Add a Person' (or 'Add a Profile' -> Person). Provide: full name (Micah Berkley), primary role/title, location, short bio, headshot image, and the WEBSITE field = https://micahberkley.com. Add social links (X, LinkedIn, etc.).
4) (Optional but strengthens the entry) Create/claim an Organization profile for his brand/agency, then on the Person profile add a Job linking him as Founder/CEO of that org (three-dot menu -> Edit -> Add Job).
5) Save. Crunchbase auto-publishes user contributions (sometimes after a light review).
ASSETS MICAH NEEDS: Google or LinkedIn account for social auth, a headshot, a 1-2 sentence bio, his title, location, and the URL https://micahberkley.com. CAVEAT: the website link on Crunchbase profiles is rel=nofollow, so the SEO value is brand/entity citation + referral, not direct link equity. Also note Crunchbase has been tightening edit access; if the in-app Add flow prompts for a paid plan, the free social-auth path still covers basic person-profile creation per their support docs.

Caveats. KEY DISTINCTION (drives the scoring): the candidate URL is the paid, non-editable Contact Data product (per about.crunchbase.com/products/contact-data and support docs: Pro = 10 contacts/mo, Business = unlimited; contact data is partner-sourced, not user-submittable). So you literally CANNOT replicate the candidate URL by self-submission. What IS replicable is a free Person Profile, which is a different page type. That mismatch is why replicable_for_micah=maybe and not yes. AUTHORITY: Crunchbase is a very high domain-authority site (DA ~92), strong entity-citation signal for AI/Google knowledge graph -> good for brand/entity SEO and GEO even though the link is nofollow. DOFOLLOW: no -- Crunchbase profile outbound website links are rel=nofollow (standard UGC-profile behavior). EFFORT: medium -- requires social-auth account + assets + linking a company profile; auto-publish but occasionally review-gated and Crunchbase has been tightening free-edit access. VALUE 5/10: high authority + entity-citation value pulls it up; nofollow link + 'maybe' replicability + the candidate URL not being the actual self-submit target pull it down. Recommend pursuing the FREE Person Profile route as a brand/entity citation, not as a dofollow backlink. Done when. The Crunchbase profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

3Gravatar

self-submitauth: highdofollow: yeseffort: lowvalue 8/10

Why this ranks here. Rare confirmed DOFOLLOW. It back-propagates your avatar, bio, and links to every WordPress site and comment surface on the web. One setup, links everywhere.

Goal. Create or secure a Gravatar listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://gravatar.com/connect

Steps
1) Go to https://gravatar.com/connect (or https://gravatar.com/site/signup) and create/sign in with a free WordPress.com / Gravatar account using Micah's PRIMARY email (one he controls; this email's hash becomes the profile identity). 3) Claim a custom profile URL/username so the public profile is a clean slug (e.g. gravatar.com/micahberkley) instead of the email-hash URL. 4) Add https://micahberkley.com as the primary website/link. IMPORTANT for SEO: in the About/bio rich text, add the link using single quotes in any anchor (Gravatar strips anything inside double-quotes) and do NOT add rel='dofollow' (invalid) — a plain anchor in the bio renders as a follow link. 5) Add verified accounts / link the matching social profiles already built in this campaign (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Medium, etc.) to strengthen the entity. 6) Upload a headshot avatar (also propagates across WordPress comment sections, boosting brand visibility). 7) Save and confirm the public profile is live and renders micahberkley.com. Assets needed: controllable email, headshot image, bio copy, micahberkley.com URL, list of social profile URLs.

Caveats. Gravatar is owned by Automattic, very high authority (commonly cited DA ~90+), profiles are free, public, and crawlable. Key value: links placed in the profile bio/About section can be FOLLOW links (Gravatar does not auto-nofollow bio links the way many profile sites do) — but formatting matters: use single quotes inside any anchor tag (Gravatar deletes content inside double-quotes), and do not add rel='dofollow' (invalid attribute). The default public URL is the email-SHA256 hash; claim a custom username for a clean gravatar.com/<name> slug. Bonus: the avatar propagates across WordPress/Disqus comment sections site-wide, an entity-reinforcement multiplier beyond the single backlink. Low effort (~10 min), no approval/paywall, no editorial gate. The only caveat is whether the specific bio-link follow behavior persists on current Gravatar (verified via third-party SEO guidance, not by inspecting a live rendered profile's HTML in this session) — confirm rendered rel attribute after publishing. High priority because it is high-authority + likely-follow + low-effort + fully replicable.

Done when. The Gravatar profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Update

4F6S

self-submitauth: highdofollow: yeseffort: lowvalue 8/10

Why this ranks here. Rare DOFOLLOW founder directory. Real link equity, not just a citation.

Goal. Create or secure a F6S listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.f6s.com/register

Steps
1) Go to https://www.f6s.com/register and create a free account (email + password, or Google/LinkedIn SSO). 2) Complete the founder/personal profile: full name "Micah Berkley", role/title (e.g. Founder, AI + SEO), location, headshot, and a bio that names his focus (AI thought leadership, SEO, digital marketing). 3) Create a Company/Startup profile for his venture (e.g. "Micah Berkley" personal brand or his SEO/AI company): company name, one-line tagline, full description, logo, founded year, location, industry tags (AI, SEO, Marketing), and crucially set the Website field to https://micahberkley.com (this is the field that produces the dofollow outbound link on the public company page). 4) On the founder profile, add his website/social links and link/associate himself as Founder of the company profile so both pages cross-reference and the public company page (the dofollow one) is tied to his name. 5) Publish/make the profile public. Listings are free and effectively auto-approved (no editorial gate). Assets needed: email, headshot, company logo, 2-3 sentence bio, company description, https://micahberkley.com. Note: F6S throws a bot-check on raw automated fetches, so this should be done in a real logged-in browser session, not via script.

Caveats. Despite that, F6S is a strong INDEPENDENT replicable backlink for Micah: free, self-submit, auto-approved, niche-relevant (startups/founders/AI), and Domain Rating ~83 per Ahrefs-cited SEO sources. Multiple 2026 SEO guides confirm F6S company profiles carry a DOFOLLOW website link on free listings (best-guess dofollow=yes; could change to nofollow at platform discretion). The company/startup profile is the reliable dofollow surface -- a bare personal profile link may be weaker -- so Micah should create BOTH a founder profile and a company profile with https://micahberkley.com in the website field and link them. Bonus: F6S doubles as an accelerator/grant application hub, so the profile has standalone business value. value_score 8 (high authority + dofollow + low effort + fully replicable; capped below 9-10 only because the competitor isn't actually listed here, making it a net-new placement rather than a direct mirror).

Done when. The F6S profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Update

5Clutch

self-submitauth: highdofollow: yeseffort: mediumvalue 8/10

Why this ranks here. DOFOLLOW B2B directory that doubles as lead-gen for the offer. High-value surface most people skip.

Goal. Create or secure a Clutch listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Clutch (clutch.co) — B2B services / agency directory, includes AI development companies in Miami

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://clutch.co/get-listed

Steps
Self-submit a free Basic company profile (3-step, ~10-20 min). STEP 1 — Go to https://clutch.co/get-listed and select the "Basic" profile offering (free; Clutch+ and Sponsored are paid upsells — skip them). STEP 2 — Sign in via LinkedIn, Google Account, or a company email address. To pass Clutch's anti-spam verification, use a domain email at micahberkley.com (e.g. micah@micahberkley.com) rather than a free Gmail — Clutch verifies real business email + real company info. STEP 3 — Fill the company profile: Company name (e.g. "Micah Berkley" or his AI/SEO agency brand), tagline, Website URL = https://micahberkley.com (this is the anchor backlink field), employee count, minimum project size + hourly rate, location (set Miami, FL to land in the Miami AI directory the competitor candidate points to, or his actual metro), contact info, company overview/description, and Service Focus areas (select Artificial Intelligence / AI Development plus SEO/Digital Marketing so the profile maps into the AI category). Submit for team review. Approval typically takes ~3-5 business days. ASSETS NEEDED: company logo, a 1-2 paragraph services description, service-line breakdown, hourly-rate band, and a domain email for verification. OPTIONAL (for ranking, not for the link): use the "submit client references" flow to invite 1-3 past clients to leave verified reviews — reviews raise directory rank but the dofollow backlink does NOT require any reviews and goes live as soon as the basic profile is approved.

Caveats. None of the 16 confirmed seed listings reference Clutch. This candidate was a discovery GUESS, not a mirrored listing. STILL A STRONG TARGET FOR MICAH regardless of the competitor: Clutch is a DR-90 (Ahrefs) authority directory in the exact B2B AI / digital-marketing services vertical Micah competes in, and the public company-profile gives a DOFOLLOW backlink (confirmed by Abun's DR-90 write-up: "Link Type: Do-follow from your public company profile"). The Website URL field on the profile is where https://micahberkley.com goes. Process is fully self-serve and free for the Basic tier (official Clutch Help Center: help.clutch.co/en/knowledge/get-listed-on-clutch). CAVEATS lowering score from a 9-10 to an 8: (1) Clutch is positioned for SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANIES/agencies, not personal-brand individuals — Micah should frame this as his AI/SEO agency/consultancy, not a personal bio, to fit ('fit-for-clutch' rules exist). (2) Requires a domain email for verification (Gmail may be rejected) — micahberkley.com email recommended. (3) Profile is human-reviewed (~3-5 business days) and can be rejected if it doesn't read as a legitimate services business. (4) Heavy lead-gen upsell pressure (Clutch+/Sponsored) but the free Basic dofollow profile is sufficient. (5) Note: clutch.co/get-listed is occasionally served behind bot protection / returned 404 to automated fetch in testing, but it is the live, official entry point per Clutch's own Help Center — Micah should open it in a normal browser. Setting up Clutch also auto-creates a companion profile on The Manifest (themanifest.com) — a bonus second directory backlink from one submission.

Done when. The Clutch profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Update

6TheOrg

self-submitauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: mediumvalue 7/10

Why this ranks here. High-authority profile tied to a live company page. A cleaner entity signal than a bare profile.

Goal. Create or secure a TheOrg listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://theorg.com/signup

Steps
To replicate for Micah (fully self-serve, free, no paid plan): (1) Go to https://theorg.com/signup and create a free account. (2) From the user dashboard, click "Join company". TheOrg auto-imports companies from LinkedIn, so first SEARCH for Micah's existing company/agency (e.g. Urban Vision Media Group / his AI-SEO brand). If it already has a page, join it; if not, create the company page for free (Org Chart > + Add). (3) VERIFICATION REQUIRES A WORK/COMPANY EMAIL: TheOrg emails a PIN to a work email on the company domain to confirm the join. Micah should use an email on his brand/agency domain (e.g. something @micahberkley.com or his agency domain) -- a generic Gmail/Yahoo will NOT pass the company-join verification. (4) Once joined, all members can edit the company page and create/edit positions. Add Micah as a leadership position (e.g. Founder / Chief AI Officer): enter Full Name + Job Title, then in "Create Position" add the optional fields -- photo, bio/description, and SOCIAL LINKS. The social-links field is where the https://micahberkley.com URL goes (also add LinkedIn/X for completeness). Assets needed: headshot, 2-3 sentence bio matching his AI/SEO thought-leadership positioning, job title, company name, and a working company-domain email for PIN verification.

Caveats. TheOrg is a high-authority B2B people/org-chart directory (strong domain authority, well-indexed by Google, and a known entity-signal source for AI/knowledge-graph). Acquisition is 100% self-serve and free -- no paid tier exists. KEY GATE/EFFORT DRIVER: company-join verification needs a work email on the company domain, so Micah needs a mailbox on his brand/agency domain before he can self-add (this is the only real friction; raises effort from low to medium). Value 7: high authority + replicable + parity with competitor, discounted for unconfirmed dofollow and the work-email requirement. Note: TheOrg also auto-creates profiles by scraping LinkedIn, so an alternative low-effort path is that Micah's profile may auto-generate once his company exists on TheOrg with him listed on LinkedIn; the self-add route gives him control over the bio + website link.

Done when. The TheOrg profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Update

7Sessionize

self-submitauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: lowvalue 7/10

Why this ranks here. The speaker directory conference organizers actually search. Claim the vanity speaker URL and own the surface early.

Goal. Create or secure a Sessionize listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Sessionize - Speaker profile (vanity URL speaker directory)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://sessionize.com/tryit

Steps
1) Go to the Sessionize login/register portal at https://sessionize.com/tryit (or the "Try it free" button on https://sessionize.com). 2) Create a free account using social login (Microsoft, Google, X/Twitter, Facebook, Office 365) or a classic email+password account; on first login click "Yes, register me" to confirm. 3) In the speaker dashboard go to Edit Profile and complete: full name (Micah Berkley), headshot/photo, location, biography (mention AI + SEO entrepreneur), Areas of Expertise (Artificial Intelligence, SEO, Digital Marketing), and Topics he speaks on. 4) Open the LINKS tab and add his personal website https://micahberkley.com plus social profiles (LinkedIn, X). 5) Open the PUBLIC PROFILE tab: enable the public profile, set a custom vanity URL (e.g. sessionize.com/micah-berkley), add a cover photo, and select expertise/topics. 6) Toggle the profile to PUBLIC so it is visible and discoverable. 7) Optional follow-on for additional real-event backlinks: use the profile to apply to open Calls-for-Papers/CFPs listed on Sessionize, which when accepted produce additional speaker listings on actual conference websites. Assets needed: headshot photo, short + long bio, micahberkley.com URL, social URLs, list of talk topics.

Caveats. PLATFORM FACTS (verified): Sessionize is the leading Call-for-Papers / speaker-management platform used by major tech conferences; it hosts ~80,000 public speaker profiles with clean vanity URLs (format sessionize.com/first-name-last-name). Speaker profiles are explicitly "always free." Profile supports bio, photo, location, expertise, topics, and a Links section (personal/company website + social) — ideal for a https://micahberkley.com link. High domain authority (DR ~80+) and strong topical/entity relevance to AI thought-leadership = good for both classic SEO and AI/GEO entity association. DOFOLLOW: not directly confirmed via a rel-attribute crawl — many directory platforms apply rel=nofollow/ugc to user-added profile links, so I did not assume dofollow (per no-fake-hedging, this is genuinely unverified). Even if nofollow, the value is real: high-authority entity citation that AI search engines and Google's knowledge graph weight for entity recognition, plus the downstream opportunity to win actual conference-site speaker listings (which are typically dofollow on the event domains) by applying to open CFPs through the profile. value_score 7: high authority + low effort + fully replicable, capped because dofollow is unconfirmed and the link is on a directory rather than an editorial page. NOTE: the discovery action_url https://sessionize.com/app/speaker/signup returned 404 in testing — the correct working entry point is https://sessionize.com/tryit (or the Try-it-free button at sessionize.com), which leads to the social/classic account register flow.

Done when. The Sessionize profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

LinkedIn Newsletter / Articles

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 8/10

Goal. Create or secure a LinkedIn Newsletter / Articles listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. LinkedIn Newsletter / Articles (Pulse)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.linkedin.com/article/new/

Steps
1) Micah signs in to his existing LinkedIn account (or creates one for his name). 2) From his LinkedIn home feed click 'Start a post' then the 'Write article' link, OR go directly to https://www.linkedin.com/article/new/ to open the LinkedIn article publishing editor. 4) Write the article. Assets needed: a title, a cover image (1280x720 recommended), 800-2000 words of body copy on an AI/SEO topic, and an author headshot/credential on his profile. 5) Within the body, link Micah's name and brand to https://micahberkley.com using the editor's hyperlink tool (select text, click the link icon, paste the URL). Add the link in author-bio text at the end and naturally in the body. 6) Publish. LinkedIn auto-generates a public linkedin.com/pulse/... URL with a byline that links back to linkedin.com/in/<micah's-handle>. Note: outbound links in the article body are rel=nofollow, so the SEO value is brand/entity association, AI-search citability, and referral traffic rather than link equity.

Caveats. Search shows he runs a full numbered self-published series on AI (articles #4, #12, #14, #15, #17 plus standalones like 'BabyAGI Revolution', 'Generative AI Market'), confirming this is a deliberate, repeatable self-publishing strategy — not a one-off. The article sits behind LinkedIn's soft sign-in wall but the headline/byline are publicly crawlable. Replication for Micah is trivial: he has a LinkedIn presence and any member can publish unlimited Pulse articles at zero cost via https://www.linkedin.com/article/new/. Authority is very high (linkedin.com DA ~98) and Pulse URLs index in Google and are frequently surfaced by AI search engines (ChatGPT/Perplexity/Google AI Overviews), so this is excellent for GEO/entity-building. CAVEAT on dofollow: LinkedIn applies rel=nofollow to outbound links inside article bodies, so this passes no PageRank — value is in brand authority, entity/name association, AI citability, and referral clicks rather than raw link equity. That nofollow status is why the score is 8 rather than 10. No paid tier or approval/claim process required.

Done when. The LinkedIn Newsletter / Articles profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Medium listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://medium.com/m/signin?operation=register

Steps
1) Go to https://medium.com/m/signin?operation=register and register a free account (sign up with Google, Apple, or email). 2) Complete onboarding (name = "Micah Berkley"). 3) Set the username/handle in Settings > Account so the profile URL becomes a clean vanity URL (try @micahberkley; if taken by Micah's own existing account, log into that instead; if taken by someone else, pick @micahberkleyai or similar). The chosen handle defines the public profile URL https://medium.com/@<handle>. 4) In Settings > Profile (or "Edit profile" from the avatar menu), fill the Bio/Short bio with a 1-2 sentence AI+SEO positioning and add https://micahberkley.com in the dedicated "Website" link field (this surfaces on the /about page and profile header). 5) Optionally add the website URL again inside the bio text and in the "Links" section. 6) Publish 2-3 short AI/SEO articles (300-800 words each) so the profile is populated and each story byline links back to the profile; within at least one article body, add a contextual in-text link to https://micahberkley.com. Assets needed: a profile photo/headshot, a 1-line headline, a 1-2 sentence bio, micahberkley.com URL, and 2-3 article drafts. No verification or approval required; the profile and links go live instantly. NOTE: Medium outbound links (bio website, /about, in-article links) are rel=nofollow, so primary value is brand/entity signal, referral traffic, and AI/LLM citation surface rather than link equity.

Caveats. Medium is a very high-authority domain (DA ~95+), trusted, and heavily surfaced/cited by AI search engines (strong GEO value). Self-submit, free, instant, no approval. The one caveat: Medium applies rel=nofollow to outbound profile/article links, so this is NOT a link-equity (dofollow) win -- it is a brand/entity-association and AI-citability win plus referral traffic. That nofollow status is the only reason the score is 7 rather than 9-10. Still HIGH priority because it is a near-zero-effort, high-trust, exact 1:1 replication of a confirmed competitor listing, and publishing AI/SEO articles compounds Micah's topical authority. Recommend claiming the handle and adding the website link even if articles are deferred -- the profile + /about backlink and entity record exist the moment the account is set up.

Done when. The Medium profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

X / Twitter

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a X / Twitter listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://x.com/settings/profile

Steps
CORRECTION TO DISCOVERY: Micah does NOT need to register a new handle — he ALREADY has an established X account at https://x.com/MicahBerkley (handle @MicahBerkley, joined Jan 2011, location "Miami, FL", and the bio/website field already references MicahBerkley.com). The right action is OPTIMIZE the existing profile, not sign up. Concrete steps: (1) Log in to the existing @MicahBerkley account at https://x.com/login. (2) Go to Profile > Edit profile. (3) In the Website field enter exactly https://micahberkley.com (verify it is the canonical URL with no trailing junk). (6) Compose a post that includes the full link https://micahberkley.com and PIN it to the profile (post > ... menu > Pin to profile) so the link surfaces above the fold. Assets needed: account login credentials, a profile photo + header image, the 160-char bio text, and one launch post. No verification/payment required for any of this; X Premium (paid) is optional and only adds a verified badge — not needed for the backlink.

Caveats. Direct WebFetch of x.com returns HTTP 402 (X paywalls scraping), so confirmation is via search-index evidence, which is unambiguous. DOFOLLOW: best-judgment = nofollow. X bio/website links are historically nofollow (Matt Cutts documented Twitter adding rel=nofollow to bio links), and even where the attribute has loosened, search engines heavily discount UGC/social links. The SEO value here is primarily ENTITY/brand-signal and referral, not raw link equity — but x.com is an extremely high-authority domain (DR ~94) that AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and Google's Knowledge Graph crawl for entity verification, which directly supports Micah's GEO/AI-visibility goals. KEY CAVEAT for the orchestrator: the discovery action ("Register x.com/micahberkley") is OUTDATED — @MicahBerkley already exists and already shows MicahBerkley.com, so this is a profile-OPTIMIZATION task, not a signup. Value 7/10 (high authority + already owned + low effort, docked for nofollow). Priority high because it's a near-zero-effort win on a top-tier entity-signal platform Micah already controls.

Done when. The X / Twitter profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Substack

self-submitauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Substack listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://substack.com/signup

Steps
1) Go to https://substack.com/signup and create a free account with an email (or sign in with Google). 2) When prompted to start a publication, name it (e.g., "Micah Berkley on AI & SEO" or "Berkley's Brief") and claim the free subdomain micahberkley.substack.com. 3) In dashboard Settings > Basics, fill the publication name, short description, and upload a logo/profile photo. 4) Edit the personal Substack PROFILE (click avatar > Profile > Edit profile): set name "Micah Berkley", bio mentioning AI + SEO entrepreneur, and add https://micahberkley.com in the bio/website field — the profile also lets you add social/website links. 5) Create the publication ABOUT page (Settings > About, or Dashboard > Pages > About): write a bio paragraph and hyperlink the words "Micah Berkley" / "micahberkley.com" to https://micahberkley.com using the link tool. 6) Add a homepage link to micahberkley.com via Settings > Website > Homepage links > Edit. 7) Publish at least one AI/SEO post that links to https://micahberkley.com in the body to seed the profile and create an indexable post. Assets needed: email, headshot/logo, 1-2 line bio, and 1 short article. No payment, no approval, no claim process — fully self-serve and instant.

Caveats. His "Generative Letters" newsletter is actually hosted on LinkedIn (numbered Pulse articles), not Substack. So this is a true greenfield/leapfrog opportunity — Micah can own micahberkley.substack.com before any comparable competitor does. Authority: Substack is a very high-DR domain (DR ~91, massive traffic), strong for entity/brand signals and likely AI-crawler ingestion (ChatGPT/Perplexity cite Substack). Dofollow caveat (honest, conflicting evidence): Substack's own support chatbot has stated external post links use nofollow; multiple SEO blogs claim Substack links are dofollow. The website/About link attribute could not be confirmed by direct inspection, so dofollow=unknown rather than asserting either way. Even if nofollow, value remains for (a) a high-authority indexed profile page ranking for "Micah Berkley", (b) AI-search entity reinforcement, and (c) a content channel. Score 7 reflects high authority + low effort + fully replicable, discounted only by the uncertain link-follow status. Strongly recommend doing it.

Done when. The Substack profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Loop

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Loop listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Loop (Frontiers Research Network / loop.frontiersin.org)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://loop.frontiersin.org

Steps
1) Go to https://loop.frontiersin.org and click the "Register" button (top-left of the homepage). NOTE: the discovery's action_url https://loop.frontiersin.org/signup is dead (HTTP 404) — do not use it; the only working entry point is the Register button on the Loop homepage. 2) Sign up with email (or LinkedIn/social login). Provide name (Micah Berkley), email, password, and basic personal details. 3) Confirm via the email link; account validates within ~1 hour. 5) In the Bio/Overview, write Micah's AI + SEO positioning and include the full URL https://micahberkley.com as plain text so it is indexable even if the platform applies nofollow. Assets needed: name, email, headshot, affiliation/title, expertise keywords, a 100-300 word bio, and the micahberkley.com URL. Official how-to: https://helpcenter.frontiersin.org/s/article/How-do-I-register-on-Loop

Caveats. Loop is a free, open self-registration platform (email or social login) on the frontiersin.org domain, a major academic publisher with very high domain authority — strong entity/citation value for AI-search (GEO) and brand-knowledge-graph signals even if the outbound link is nofollow. DOFOLLOW STATUS NOT DIRECTLY VERIFIED: WebFetch does not expose link rel attributes and there is no authoritative public statement on Loop's external-link handling; "no" is a best-guess based on the near-universal nofollow/ugc treatment of user-generated profile platforms — I did not confirm the actual rel attribute. CORRECTION TO DISCOVERY: the discovery action_url https://loop.frontiersin.org/signup returns HTTP 404 and must NOT be used; the working path is the "Register" button on https://loop.frontiersin.org. Account validation can take up to ~1 hour. Effort is low and this directly mirrors a confirmed competitor listing, so priority is high despite the likely-nofollow link — value is the high-authority indexed profile page and entity association more than raw link juice. Crunchbase

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Crunchbase listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Crunchbase (person profile)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.crunchbase.com/register

Contact. support@crunchbase.com

Steps
EXACT PATH FOR MICAH (crowdsourced self-submit, free):
1) Register a free Crunchbase account at https://www.crunchbase.com/register (email+name+password, OR via Google/LinkedIn).
2) Perform SOCIAL AUTHENTICATION (REQUIRED before you can contribute): click the Account icon (top-right) > Account Settings > scroll to "Social Authentication" > Connect Google and/or LinkedIn. Per Crunchbase support, only registered AND socially-authenticated users can add/edit profiles.
3) Search first to confirm no existing "Micah Berkley" person profile (avoid duplicates; if one exists, claim/edit it via Actions > Edit instead of creating new).
4) Create the profile: top nav > Resources > Create Profile > select profile type = PERSON. Fill: name, photo/headshot, gender, location, current role/title, bio/description, and LinkedIn + social links. Click "Save All Edits" (top-right).
5) IMPORTANT for the backlink to micahberkley.com: Crunchbase's explicit "Website & social media links" field is documented for COMPANY profiles, not person profiles. To get micahberkley.com on Crunchbase, ALSO create a COMPANY/Organization profile (Micah's brand or agency) with Website = https://micahberkley.com, then add Micah as a Founder/Employee on it so his person profile cross-links to the company carrying the URL.

ASSETS MICAH NEEDS: name, professional headshot, short + long bio (AI/SEO entrepreneur), current title, location (US), LinkedIn URL + X/Instagram handles, and for the company profile: a brand/company name, logo, founded date, HQ, 3-5 industries (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing/SEO), and website https://micahberkley.com.

Caveats. Direct WebFetch/fetch of crunchbase.com is bot-blocked (HTTP 403 / bot_blocked) so I verified via SERP snippets + Crunchbase's own support docs (fetched successfully) for the create/claim process. AUTHORITY: Crunchbase is a very high-DA (90+) globally recognized company/people database; strong entity-graph and citation signal that AI search engines (Perplexity/ChatGPT/Gemini) and Google's Knowledge Graph ingest. High value for entity recognition / brand authority even though the raw link is nofollow. DOFOLLOW: no - Crunchbase profile outbound links are nofollow on the public free tier (well-established). SEO value is brand/entity/citation rather than link equity. This is why value_score is 7 not 9-10: high authority + replicable + reasonable effort, but nofollow caps the pure-link value. ACQUISITION: 100% self-submit / crowdsourced - any free registered + socially-authenticated user can create person AND company profiles at no cost (paid Crunchbase plans are only for advanced search/exports, NOT required to contribute). Per Crunchbase support: 'any registered and socially authenticated user can add a profile page.' EFFORT: medium (not low) because (a) social authentication step is mandatory, (b) to actually carry the micahberkley.com URL you should create a linked COMPANY profile in addition to the person profile, and (c) profiles can take time to be approved/indexed and certain fields can only be removed by Crunchbase staff. Person-only profile is fast; the URL-bearing company profile is the extra lift. Recommend Micah create person profile first, then a company profile (his brand/agency) with website=micahberkley.com, then link himself as founder.

Done when. The Crunchbase profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

YouTube

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a YouTube listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.youtube.com/create_channel

Steps
So there is no real competitor listing to mirror; treat YouTube as pure greenfield.

For Micah to get the equivalent (and better) presence: 1) Sign in at https://www.youtube.com/create_channel with his Google account (the URL 303-redirects to a Google login, then into the channel-creation flow) and create a brand/personal channel. 3) In YouTube Studio > Customization > Basic info, add micahberkley.com to the 'Links' section (this renders as a clickable link on the channel banner/About tab) AND paste https://micahberkley.com into the channel Description. 4) Set the channel name to 'Micah Berkley' and add an AI/SEO-focused channel description with the URL. 5) To unlock the custom @handle/banner-link display fully and add external/website links in the banner, the channel benefits from meeting eligibility thresholds, but the About-tab description link and Links section are available immediately. 6) Upload at least 1-3 short AI/SEO videos so the channel is not empty and gets indexed. Assets needed: Google account, channel avatar (Micah's headshot), banner image, channel description text with micahberkley.com, and 1+ video.

Caveats. DOFOLLOW: YouTube channel About/Links and description links are nofollow (rel="nofollow"/redirected), so SEO link-equity is minimal. VALUE comes from (a) high domain authority + brand SERP real estate (a 'Micah Berkley' channel ranks in brand searches and Google's knowledge panel signals), (b) AI-search/GEO citability — YouTube is a heavily-crawled entity source for ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity, (c) a controllable canonical profile + clickable site link for humans. That is why value_score=7 despite nofollow. EFFORT = medium not low: creating the channel is free/instant, but to be a credible, indexable profile (not an empty shell) Micah should upload 1+ video and customize banner/links — more work than a pure form-fill directory. Priority high because it is a free, brand-defining, AI-citable greenfield asset where Micah can leapfrog the competitor (who has none).

Done when. The YouTube profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Pinterest

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Pinterest listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.pinterest.com/business/create/

Steps
1) Create a free Pinterest business account at https://www.pinterest.com/business/create/ (only requires an email, a password of 8+ chars, and a birthdate). 2) Set the username to "micahberkley" so the public profile URL becomes https://www.pinterest.com/micahberkley/. 3) In profile settings (Edit profile), add display name "Micah Berkley", a bio mentioning AI + SEO, and paste https://micahberkley.com in the "Website" field. 4) Go to Settings > Claimed accounts > Websites > Claim, enter micahberkley.com, and verify ownership using ONE of: (a) add the provided HTML <meta> tag to the site <head>, (b) upload the provided HTML verification file to the site root, or (c) add the provided DNS TXT record. Verification produces a crawlable, attributed website link with a globe/checkmark on the profile. Assets needed: email, micahberkley.com, ability to edit the site head/DNS or upload a file, a profile photo/logo. To add Pinterest content (optional but improves the profile), pin a few images linking back to micahberkley.com.

Caveats. His profile currently shows no bio or website link, so Micah can actually exceed the competitor by claiming his domain. Pinterest is a very high-authority domain (high DA), free, and fully self-serve, so it is an easy, safe entity/brand signal and crawlable profile. CAVEAT on link value: Pinterest profile website links and pins are rel=nofollow, so this passes no direct PageRank/link equity. Real value is (1) a high-DA branded profile that ranks for "Micah Berkley", (2) entity/brand-mention and attribution signals useful for GEO/AI search, and (3) referral traffic. Because it is nofollow, value_score is capped at 6 despite high authority and low effort. Recommend claiming the website (not just pasting in the Website field) to get the verified globe/checkmark and analytics. No paid tier or approval gate required.

Done when. The Pinterest profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Quora

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Quora listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.quora.com/

Steps
1) Go to https://www.quora.com/ and click "Sign Up" (or sign in with Google/email). Use Micah's name "Micah Berkley". 2) Verify email. 3) Click the profile avatar (top right) > "Profile" to open his public profile at quora.com/profile/Micah-Berkley. 4) Click "Edit Profile" / the pencil icon. In the "Credentials & Highlights" section, add a credential such as "AI + SEO Entrepreneur" and in the description field paste the URL https://micahberkley.com (Quora auto-links pasted URLs). 5) Edit the "About"/bio: write a 1-2 sentence bio positioning him as an AI/SEO thought leader and include https://micahberkley.com as a plain-text link. 6) Optionally add a "Knows about" topic like "Search Engine Optimization (SEO)" and "Artificial Intelligence" so the profile is discoverable. 7) Establish credibility by answering 3-5 AI/SEO questions, embedding a contextual https://micahberkley.com link in at least one answer (avoid link-stuffing every answer or it gets flagged as spam). Assets needed: email address, a headshot, 1-line headline, short bio, and the destination URL. No payment, no approval queue, no claim process - the profile is live and public immediately.

Caveats. So this is NOT a mirror of a competitor listing - but Quora is still a legitimate, free, self-submit source worth pursuing independently. Authority is high (Quora.com is a DA ~90+ domain, heavily crawled by Google and by AI answer engines that scrape Quora for entity signals). HOWEVER all Quora links are rel="nofollow" - profile bio, Credentials & Highlights, and answer links alike (confirmed across multiple 2025 SEO sources) - so there is NO direct link-equity transfer. Value comes from: (a) AI-crawler visibility / entity reinforcement for "Micah Berkley" + AI/SEO association, (b) referral traffic from active answers, (c) backlink-profile diversity (Google expects a nofollow mix), (d) E-E-A-T signal. Value capped at 6/10 because nofollow limits ranking impact and meaningful upside requires ongoing answer activity, not just a one-time profile setup. Quick win: low effort to set up the profile + bio link today; treat sustained Q&A as optional ongoing work. Quora help page (help.quora.com) returned 403 to fetch, but profile/credential/bio mechanics are standard and well-documented.

Done when. The Quora profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Reddit

self-submitauth: highdofollow: yeseffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Reddit listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.reddit.com/register/

Steps
1) Go to https://www.reddit.com/register/ and create a free account. Verify the email. 2) Click your avatar (top-right) -> View Profile (or go to https://www.reddit.com/user/micahberkley/). 3) Click "Edit Profile". 4) In the profile editor, find the "Social Links" section and click "+ Add Social Link". Choose "Add custom link", set the label to "Website" (or "MicahBerkley.com") and the URL to https://micahberkley.com. Save. The link appears on the public profile and (per multiple SEO sources) renders WITHOUT rel=nofollow, unlike Reddit comment/post links. 5) Fill out display name ("Micah Berkley"), avatar, and a short bio mentioning AI + SEO. 6) (Optional, raises trust/karma so the profile is less likely to be filtered) Make a few genuine on-topic comments in r/SEO, r/artificial, r/marketing, r/Entrepreneur. Do NOT spam micahberkley.com in comments — Reddit comment links are nofollow AND community auto-mods ban link-droppers; the durable backlink is the profile Social Link, not comment links. Assets needed: an email inbox, profile photo/avatar, 1-2 sentence bio, and the URL https://micahberkley.com.

Caveats. PLATFORM VALUE: Reddit is a very high authority domain (~DR/DA 90s). Multiple SEO sources (stellarseo, odd-angles-media, tanweerali) report the profile "Social Links" section renders external links WITHOUT rel=nofollow (effectively dofollow), which is the one genuine dofollow surface on Reddit — comment/post links are nofollow and community automods ban link-droppers. CAVEATS that hold value_score at 6 not higher: (a) Reddit user-profile pages frequently carry noindex/low-crawl signals, so the SEO equity passed is debated and likely modest; (b) new accounts with link-only profiles and no karma get shadow-filtered, so a few genuine on-topic comments are needed first; (c) it's the profile link that counts, not contextual comment links (those are nofollow). Self-submit, free, low effort, fully replicable. Good brand/entity-graph signal for AI search even if the raw link juice is light. Username u/micahberkley appears available now — claim it before someone else does. Reddit blocks WebFetch and about.json (403) for unauthenticated bots; confirmation done via headless browser fetch (TinyFish).

Done when. The Reddit profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

About.me

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a About.me listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://about.me/signup

Steps
1) Go to https://about.me/signup and create a free account (email + password, or Google/Facebook sign-in). 2) Claim the username "micahberkley" so the permanent URL is https://about.me/micahberkley (the username becomes the page URL and cannot be changed later, so pick it carefully; if taken, use micah-berkley or micahberkleyAI). 3) Complete the splash page: upload a professional headshot or background image, add a headline/tagline (e.g., "AI + SEO Entrepreneur"), and a short bio mirroring Micah's positioning. 4) In the "Apps"/links section, add the primary website link to https://micahberkley.com plus all social profiles (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Medium, YouTube, etc.) so the page acts as a citation hub. 5) Publish the page (free tier). Assets needed: email, chosen username, headshot, ~2-3 sentence bio, list of all profile URLs, and the canonical micahberkley.com URL. Note: free-tier external links are typically rel=nofollow; value here is citation/entity signal + referral traffic, not link equity. Optional paid upgrade (~$8-10/mo) removes about.me branding and may improve link treatment.

Caveats. PLATFORM: about.me is a long-established, high-DA personal splash-page service (owned by Vistaprint/Cimpress). Free self-service signup; username = permanent URL. DOFOLLOW caveat: free-tier external links are generally rel=nofollow (I did not raw-inspect a live free profile's HTML to byte-confirm rel value this session, so this is the realistic platform default, not a verified-on-page check); paid tier reportedly improves treatment. value_score=6 (high authority/low effort/replicable, but nofollow caps SEO link-equity value). priority=high because it's a quick, safe brand/entity anchor.

Done when. The About.me profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

GitHub

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a GitHub listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://github.com/signup

Steps
1) Go to https://github.com/signup and create a free account. Claim the username 'micahberkley' (VERIFIED AVAILABLE on 2026-06-14 — GitHub API returns 404 for github.com/micahberkley, so the handle is open). Provide: email, password, username. 2) Verify the email. 3) Open Settings -> Public profile (https://github.com/settings/profile). Fill: Name = 'Micah Berkley'; Bio = short positioning line (AI + SEO entrepreneur / personal brand); Company; Location; and CRITICALLY set the 'Website / blog' (URL) field to https://micahberkley.com. Optionally add an X/social link. Save. 4) Create the special profile-README repo: click '+' -> New repository, name the repo EXACTLY 'micahberkley' (must match the username), set it Public, and check 'Add a README file'. GitHub auto-pins this README to the top of the profile. 5) Edit README.md and add a clean visible link such as: [micahberkley.com](https://micahberkley.com) plus a one-paragraph bio and a few topic keywords (AI, SEO, digital marketing, personal branding). Commit. Assets needed: a profile photo/avatar, the canonical bio text, and the destination URL https://micahberkley.com. NOTE on link value: GitHub adds rel='nofollow' to both the profile Website field and external links inside rendered READMEs, so this is a NOFOLLOW link — value is brand/entity signal and a trusted high-DA presence, not direct link equity.

Caveats. AVAILABILITY: handle 'micahberkley' is FREE (GitHub API 404 on 2026-06-14). DOFOLLOW: No — GitHub stamps rel='nofollow' on the profile Website/blog field and on external links rendered inside profile READMEs (consistent with GitHub being user-generated content). So value is NOT link equity. WHY STILL WORTH ~5/10: github.com is an extremely high-authority domain (DA ~96), GitHub profiles index in Google and feed entity/knowledge-graph signals, and it is a near-universal expected profile for anyone in 'AI'. Low effort, fully self-service, no gatekeeper. Recommend doing GitHub for completeness/entity signal but do not count it as a dofollow link win.

Done when. The GitHub profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Crunchbase

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Crunchbase listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Crunchbase (Organization + Person profiles)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.crunchbase.com/add-new

Steps
1) Go to https://www.crunchbase.com/register and create a FREE account; authenticate via Google or LinkedIn (social auth is required to contribute data). 2) Search Crunchbase first for Micah's company/brand to avoid creating a duplicate. 3) Click "Contribute Data" (left sidebar under Explore) or go directly to https://www.crunchbase.com/add-new, then choose "Add an Organization." 4) Fill the Organization profile: legal/brand name (Micah's AI+SEO venture), Website = https://micahberkley.com (this URL field is the primary backlink/entity anchor), short + full description (mention AI, SEO, MarTech, GEO), HQ location, founded date, Industries/Categories = Artificial Intelligence, SEO, Marketing, SaaS, and upload a logo. Person URL will be /person/micah-berkley. 6) Provide at least one INDEPENDENT source (press article, podcast, or a third-party listing) in the profile to pass moderation — Crunchbase rejects/removes profiles lacking independent sourcing or clear tech-ecosystem relevance. 7) Submit; simple profiles are typically approved within hours to a few days. After it's live, claim the company profile (verify with a corporate-domain email, e.g. micah@micahberkley.com) to lock editing rights. ASSETS MICAH MUST SUPPLY: company name, logo, 1-2 line + long description, HQ city, founded year, https://micahberkley.com, his LinkedIn, a corporate-domain email for verification, and at least one independent press/source URL.

Caveats. DOFOLLOW=NO: free-profile outbound links are nofollow (multiple SEO sources confirm Crunchbase turned profile links nofollow). So the SEO value is entity/brand authority, branded-SERP dominance, and strong AI-citation signal (LLMs frequently cite Crunchbase) rather than raw link equity — still worth doing because DR is very high (~91) and it cements Micah as a real entity. MODERATION RISK is the main effort driver: Crunchbase only accepts tech-ecosystem profiles and requires independent sourcing; a thin self-promo profile with no third-party citation may be removed. Recommend Micah secure 1-2 independent mentions first (or do this AFTER easier press/directory wins so a citation exists). This is self-submit + free; a paid Crunchbase Pro account is NOT required to create or claim the profile. Recommended sequence: create Organization first, then Person, then link them, then verify/claim with a micahberkley.com email.

Done when. The Crunchbase profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Refresh Miami

requestauth: mediumdofollow: unknowneffort: mediumvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Refresh Miami listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Refresh Miami (refreshmiami.com) — Miami startup/tech ecosystem news outlet + community events calendar

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://form.typeform.com/to/vrM7a3cA

Contact. News Tip form: https://form.typeform.com/to/vrM7a3cA | General contact form: https://refreshmiami.com/contact/ (no public editorial email listed; check muckrack.com/media-outlet/refreshmiami for named journalists e.g. Anayansy Hernandez)

Steps
Provide: Micah Berkley's name, https://micahberkley.com, a tight newsworthy hook (e.g. AI/SEO launch, an original Miami AI data report, an event he's running/speaking at, a funding/partnership, or a Miami AI angle), 1-2 supporting links, and a short bio positioning him as an AI+SEO entrepreneur. 2) Backup channel: general contact form at https://refreshmiami.com/contact/ (fields: Name, Email, Subject, Message, CAPTCHA) addressed to editorial. Pitch newsworthy items only — they explicitly cover funding rounds, relocations, partnerships, launches. SECONDARY (paid, guaranteed self-serve, links to your site): Buy a $10/month 'Supporter' membership at https://refreshmiami.com/pricing/ then post events at https://refreshmiami.com/submit-an-event/ — each event lets you include your own website URL and is auto-pulled into the 16k+ subscriber weekly newsletter. Submit a Micah Berkley AI/SEO meetup or webinar with micahberkley.com as the organizer URL.

Caveats. So this platform delivers BOTH editorial coverage and event-calendar listings — two distinct backlink types. Semrush (us): Rank ~369k, 5,744 organic keywords, ~4,146 monthly organic traffic, $0 paid — a genuine, indexed regional tech-media outlet (also a Muck Rack-listed media outlet), not spam. Authority is solid for Miami/AI niche relevance but not national-DA tier, hence medium. Two acquisition routes: (a) FREE editorial via News Tip Typeform — request-based, needs a real newsworthy hook, no guarantee of coverage or of an in-body link to micahberkley.com (their articles tend to tag names rather than body-link them, which slightly caps link value); (b) PAID $10/mo Supporter membership = self-serve event submission with your own URL + newsletter inclusion (16k+ subscribers) — reliable but low-DA listing/calendar link and recurring cost. dofollow status not directly verified on a live profile (set unknown rather than guess); WordPress/Tribe-events outlets are often dofollow on editorial body links but calendar/profile links may be nofollow — confirm on the live page once a link lands. Recommended play: lead with a free editorial pitch tied to a concrete Miami-tech event or original AI/SEO data, and use the $10/mo event listing as a guaranteed fallback link.

Done when. The Refresh Miami profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

StartupBlink

self-submitauth: mediumdofollow: unknowneffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a StartupBlink listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. StartupBlink (Global Startup Ecosystem Map / Miami startups directory)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.startupblink.com/startups/add

Steps
EXACT PATH: (1) Go to https://www.startupblink.com/startups/add (the real add form; the discovery's /claim-your-startup URL is bot-blocked/not the live add page -- claiming is only for entries that already exist on the map). (2) Create a free StartupBlink account (email + password) or log in; save credentials. (3) Fill the 'Add startup' form. Required/expected fields and assets: Startup name (e.g. 'Micah Berkley' or his AI/SEO brand/company name), Website URL = https://micahberkley.com, Location = Miami, FL, USA (this places it on both the global map and the Miami top-startups page), Industry/Category tags = Artificial Intelligence / Marketing / SEO / SaaS, a short description (1-3 sentences on the value he provides to the ecosystem -- AI + SEO entrepreneur/personal brand), founding year, and a logo image. (4) Submit. The entry is added to the Global Startup Ecosystem Map and the Miami listing. (5) Optional: later 'claim' the entry from its profile page to manage it. Free tier is sufficient for the backlink; paid/premium tiers only add extra exposure, not required.

Caveats. This was a discovery guess, not a confirmed competitor listing. The real free self-registration form is https://www.startupblink.com/startups/add (confirmed live -- 'Here you can add your startup to the Global Startup Ecosystem Map... exposure on a global platform'). 'Claim' on StartupBlink applies only to entries that ALREADY exist; since Micah has none, the correct flow is ADD, not claim.\n\nAUTHORITY: Moz Domain Authority ~57/100 (per mypresences StartupBlink profile) -> medium tier. Decent citation/backlink value, not top-tier.\n\nDOFOLLOW: Not definitively confirmed -- StartupBlink does not publicly state link rel attributes, and the pricing page is bot-blocked. Directory listings of this type frequently apply rel=nofollow on free tiers, so treat dofollow as UNKNOWN (lean nofollow for the free listing). Still a worthwhile low-cost win.

Done when. The StartupBlink profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Update

Product Hunt

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Product Hunt listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Product Hunt (maker / user profile)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.producthunt.com/my/settings

Steps
SELF-SERVE, FREE. (1) Go to https://www.producthunt.com/ and click "Sign in" (top right); register with Google, X/Twitter, or email. (2) Complete the new-account onboarding (pick interests/topics; newly created accounts must finish onboarding before they can post or appear prominently). (3) Go to the profile/settings page https://www.producthunt.com/my/settings ("My Details"). Fill: profile photo (upload a Micah Berkley headshot), Name = "Micah Berkley", username (e.g. @micahberkley), Headline (e.g. "AI + SEO entrepreneur"), Current company / Role, and the "About" bio. (4) In the "Additional links" / links section add the WEBSITE field = https://micahberkley.com (also add his X and LinkedIn for entity consistency). Save. The public profile will live at https://www.producthunt.com/@<username> with the micahberkley.com link displayed. ASSETS NEEDED: headshot image, short bio, role/company text, and the URL https://micahberkley.com. (5) OPTIONAL but strengthens the profile and earns a "Maker" badge: launch/submit one of his AI or SEO tools as a product via https://www.producthunt.com/posts/new (add product name, tagline, description, gallery, the product website URL, and add himself as a Maker). NOTE: profile links are nofollow, so primary value is brand/entity signal + referral traffic, not link equity.

Caveats. HOWEVER Product Hunt remains a strong, fully replicable self-submit backlink source for Micah, so action fields are filled. AUTHORITY: very high-DA/DR (~90+) global tech/startup directory; strong entity-recognition signal for AI/SEO positioning and good for branded search. DOFOLLOW: Product Hunt applies rel=nofollow to profile/outbound links, so no direct link equity — value is brand/entity association + potential referral traffic. EFFORT: low for a basic profile (free account + fill fields, ~10 min); MEDIUM-to-high only if he also launches a product. VALUE_SCORE 6: high authority + low effort + fully replicable, but capped by nofollow (no direct ranking juice) and by the fact the competitor isn't actually there, so it's a brand/parity play rather than a like-for-like mirror. Recommend doing the free profile now (quick win, parity with peers like LinkedIn/Crunchbase/GitHub) and consider a product launch later if he has a shippable AI/SEO tool. Profile edit location confirmed via PH Help Center: "My Details" page lets you edit photo, name, username, headline, company, role, about, displayed product, and additional links (X, LinkedIn, website).

Done when. The Product Hunt profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Built In

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Built In listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Built In (builtin.com) — Miami AI companies directory + company/member profile

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://builtin.com/companies/location/miami/type/artificial-intelligence-companies

Steps
2) From the Miami AI directory page (https://builtin.com/companies/location/miami/type/artificial-intelligence-companies) click the "ADD COMPANY PROFILE" / "Create a profile" CTA in the "Don't see your company? Let's change that" block. This routes into the EMPLOYER signup flow (employers.builtin.com / accounts.builtin.com), NOT the candidate flow. 3) Create an employer account (work email; a branded micahberkley.com email helps approval). 4) Build out the company profile: company/brand name, website = https://micahberkley.com, HQ location (set to Miami to land in the Miami AI directory, or Micah's actual metro), industry = Artificial Intelligence / MarTech, logo, and description naming Micah Berkley as founder. Built In's KB says full build-out takes ~60-90 min and you should hit 100% completion to be discoverable. 5) Submit; profiles are reviewed and approved (~24h per Built In's claim/create docs). NOTE: a free basic company profile can be created, but the highest-value features (active job slots, premium placement, some link surfacing) are gated behind paid employer packages (Basic/Core/Enterprise — pricing only via "Talk to sales"). The website link on a basic profile is the realistic free deliverable. ASSETS NEEDED: employer/work email, company logo (square), 1-2 paragraph company description mentioning "Micah Berkley", website URL, location, founded year, employee count.

Caveats. The discovery's action_url https://builtin.com/company-profile returns HTTP 404 — do NOT use it; the real entry point is the directory page's "ADD COMPANY PROFILE" CTA into the employer signup. (b) Outbound website links on Built In profiles are nofollow (standard for DA-high directory platforms), so SEO link-juice is minimal; value is brand/citation/AI-visibility (Built In is high-DA, frequently cited). (c) A free Candidate member account (email-only) exists but is a job-seeker profile, not a publicly indexed backlink. Net: legitimate high-authority brand citation, low SEO-juice, moderate setup effort, partially paywalled for premium features — worth doing as a brand/AI-citation play, not as a dofollow link win. Replicable: yes, fully self-serve.

Done when. The Built In profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Wellfound

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Wellfound listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent) - founder/company profile

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://wellfound.com/jobs/signup?source=homepage&source_content=nav

Contact. talent@wellfound.com

Steps
STEP 1 (personal profile): Go to https://wellfound.com/jobs/signup?source=homepage&source_content=nav , sign up with email/Google, and complete the onboarding questions. Fill the candidate/founder profile: name "Micah Berkley", headline "AI + SEO Entrepreneur / Founder", location, bio, skills/market tags (Artificial Intelligence, SEO, Digital Marketing, MarTech), and add https://micahberkley.com in the profile website/links field. Assets needed: headshot, 1-2 line bio, role title, website URL. STEP 2 (optional but higher-value company profile): While signed in, go to https://wellfound.com/onboarding/recruit and follow the "start a new company" steps to register Micah's brand/startup. Set Company website = https://micahberkley.com , add logo, one-line pitch, market tags (AI, SEO, MarTech), team description, and list Micah as Founder/CEO. Editing later: Recruit dashboard > Edit > Overview/People/Culture/Funding (per help.wellfound.com/article/711). Both the personal profile and the basic company profile are free. The company website link and the founder-linked company page give the strongest entity signal; the personal-profile website link is the simplest. Note: external links on Wellfound profiles are typically rel=nofollow/ugc, so the SEO value is brand/entity consistency rather than raw link equity.

Caveats. Two listing paths: (a) free personal candidate/founder profile, (b) free company profile via the recruit onboarding -- both allow adding https://micahberkley.com. Dofollow best-guess = NO: profile-creation and job platforms like Wellfound almost always apply rel=nofollow/ugc to external links; must inspect live profile HTML to confirm. Value driver here is brand/entity consistency and the chance the company profile itself ranks, not link equity. Low effort, high authority, fully replicable -> mid value (5). One friction point: Wellfound has at times gated full candidate/company features and may require a plausible startup/company to fully populate the recruit-side company profile; the personal profile is always free and unconditional. WebFetch of wellfound.com/profile returned 403 (bot-blocked) but help-docs confirm the signup and onboarding/recruit URLs.

Done when. The Wellfound profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Luma

self-submitauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Luma listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Luma (lu.ma / luma.com) - event host/organizer profile

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://luma.com/create

Steps
To replicate for Micah:
1) Create a free Luma account at https://luma.com/signin (sign up with email or Google). Needs: name, email.
2) Complete his PUBLIC PROFILE at https://luma.com/settings (Manage Profile): set username (this becomes his public URL luma.com/user/<username>), upload a headshot, write a bio, and CRITICALLY add Website = https://micahberkley.com plus his X/LinkedIn/Instagram. The website + socials live on his profile/calendar page, NOT directly on the event page (host names on an event page link to the host's Luma calendar/profile, which is an internal luma.com URL; his micahberkley.com link surfaces on that profile/calendar page). Assets needed: headshot image, 1-2 sentence bio, micahberkley.com URL, social handles.
3) Create his own branded public event/calendar at https://luma.com/create (free, unlimited events). Title it something like 'AI x SEO Summit' or a recurring 'Micah Berkley AI Office Hours' webinar, set it PUBLIC, and he is automatically the host -> his name renders on the event page linking to his Luma calendar (which carries his website link). Optionally create a Calendar/Community page so he has a persistent hub.
4) Easiest fastest version: host one free public Luma webinar/workshop and ensure the profile website field = micahberkley.com.
Self-hosting is the no-dependency path.

Caveats. Luma is a high-authority domain (luma.com, huge event-platform footprint, well-indexed). Self-submit is fully open and FREE: unlimited free event creation, no platform fee on free events; paid Luma Plus ($69/mo) only removes ticketing fees, NOT needed for the backlink. Profile supports a Website field + Instagram/X/YouTube/TikTok/LinkedIn. IMPORTANT CAVEATS I VERIFIED: (a) Host names on an event page link to the host's Luma CALENDAR/PROFILE (internal luma.com URL), not directly to an external site -- so the micahberkley.com link is one hop away, living on his profile/calendar page rather than the event page itself. This makes it a profile-style backlink, not a direct contextual event-page link. (b) I could NOT confirm whether Luma renders external website links as dofollow or nofollow from available sources; marked dofollow=unknown rather than guessing (most user-supplied profile links on platforms like this are nofollow, but I did not verify, so do not assume). Net: easy, free, high-authority, definitely replicable and a direct competitor mirror; value capped at 7 because the external link is on the profile (secondary page) and dofollow status is unverified. Recommended fast action: create a free public Luma event + fill profile website = micahberkley.com.

Done when. The Luma profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Podchaser

self-submitauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Podchaser listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.podchaser.com/profile/creators

Contact. support@podchaser.com

Steps
Self-submit, free, ~24h moderation. Verified against Podchaser's official Help Center article (updated May 2026) and the live candidate page. STEPS: (1) Create a free Podchaser user account at https://www.podchaser.com/ (Register). (2) Go to https://www.podchaser.com/profile/creators (or top-right account image > hover "My Stuff" > "My Creators") and click "Add Creator." (3) In the Creator Wizard, fill out: creator name (Micah Berkley), photo/headshot, personal bio (AI + SEO entrepreneur positioning), and the LINKS field — this is where you add https://micahberkley.com plus social URLs. THIS IS THE BACKLINK. (4) Submit for moderation (allow up to 24h for approval; if still pending after that, email support@podchaser.com). (5) After approval, click Continue to add credits: credit Micah as a Guest on specific episodes he records (see https://support.podchaser.com/en/articles/5022004-adding-and-editing-credits-on-a-creator-profile). ASSETS MICAH NEEDS: headshot image, 1-2 paragraph bio, micahberkley.com URL, social handles, and (for credits) the episode/show names + his role. NOTE: A creator profile can be created independent of any podcast appearance, so Micah does not need to wait for a guest spot to claim the backlink — but adding real episode credits strengthens the profile and adds contextual relevance.

Caveats. VERIFICATION: Fetched the live candidate page (via TinyFish; WebFetch was 403-blocked). The page's "Creators & Guests" section explicitly reads "We don't know anything about the creators of this podcast yet" — i.e., NO creators or guests are credited on the Intel on AI Podchaser listing. AUTHORITY: Podchaser brands itself "The #1 Podcast Database & API," is widely cited, and is a high-DR domain — high authority tier, strong entity/knowledge-graph signal for AI search (the listing helps Micah's name<->micahberkley.com association across podcast-discovery indexes). DOFOLLOW: Could not confirm the exact rel attribute on a rendered creator-profile outbound link — that requires inspecting a live, approved creator profile's HTML, which doesn't yet exist for Micah. Honest assessment: profile-creation platforms like this almost always apply rel="nofollow"/"ugc" to user-added external links, so I would NOT count on a dofollow link here. Marked unknown rather than guessing yes. Value still solid because of (a) high domain authority, (b) entity/brand citation value for AI/LLM discovery, and (c) very low effort + fully self-serve. WHY value_score 7 (not higher): high authority + low effort + clearly replicable + competitor hasn't claimed it = strong, but the link is likely nofollow which caps pure link-equity value.

Done when. The Podchaser profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

PodMatch

self-submitauth: mediumdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a PodMatch listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://podmatch.com/signup

Steps
1) Go to https://podmatch.com/signup (or the plans page https://podmatch.com/plansignup) and create a PodMatch account, then add a GUEST profile. 2) Build the guest "media one-sheet" profile with these assets Micah must supply: a headshot/photo; display name "Micah Berkley"; a one-page bio positioning him as an AI + SEO entrepreneur/thought leader; guest topic tags (e.g., AI, SEO, GEO/AI-search optimization, digital marketing, personal branding, entrepreneurship); 3-5 sample episode-title topics; 5-10 interview questions he can answer; any notable past podcast/media appearances; social links (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Medium); and CRITICALLY the Personal Website field set to https://micahberkley.com plus a call-to-action URL. 3) Choose a plan — there is no confirmed free-forever guest tier; the Standard plan is ~$6/mo (currently discounted ~40%) with a 21-day money-back guarantee, so treat it as low-cost paid.

Caveats. Verified facts: (a) PodMatch creates public guest profile pages at /guestdetailpreview/<id> that ARE indexed by Google (they surfaced directly in web search), (b) those profiles include a dedicated "Personal Website" link field plus social links, bio, photo, topics — confirmed by fetching a live guest profile, (c) the profile page gates "more details/messaging" behind login but the preview/SEO page itself is crawlable. DOFOLLOW: best guess NO — SaaS guest-directory profile links of this type are almost always nofollow; treat the direct PodMatch link as low link-equity. AUTHORITY: medium (well-known, high-traffic podcast marketplace; domain is reputable but not a top-tier news/edu site).

Done when. The PodMatch profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

MatchMaker.fm

self-submitauth: mediumdofollow: unknowneffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a MatchMaker.fm listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.matchmaker.fm/get-booked

Contact. hello@matchmaker.fm

Steps
Steps: 1) Go to https://www.matchmaker.fm/get-booked and click "Create Guest Profile" / "Get Started" (or https://www.matchmaker.fm/signup). 2) Register an account with email + password (sign up as a GUEST; you can also add a Show profile later). 3) Start the free 30-day trial (no credit card required; includes 5 free conversation starts). 4) Build the guest profile with these assets Micah needs ready: a professional headshot; a punchy headline mentioning AI, SEO and personal branding; an "About Me" bio establishing expertise (entrepreneur in AI + SEO / digital marketing); topic/interest categories (Business > Marketing, Technology/AI, Self-Improvement); 1-2 recent podcast appearances as social proof; an optional 30-60s video pitch. 5) CRITICAL for the backlink: fill the dedicated WEBSITE link field with https://micahberkley.com and add active social channels. 6) Save/publish. The profile becomes a Google-indexable public page at matchmaker.fm/podcast-guest/micah-berkley. 7) Then browse/filter the 2,500+ shows (esp. Marketing/Business/AI niches) and pitch, or let weekly auto-matches and inbound hosts find him. Note: profile creation and the website link are available on the free trial; continued outbound messaging beyond the trial costs $15/mo. Pairs well with PodMatch for broader coverage.

Caveats. However it IS a valid, low-effort, replicable backlink + brand-asset source for Micah. VERIFIED FROM MATCHMAKER'S OWN PAGES: (1) Self-service guest signup; free 30-day trial, no credit card, 5 free conversation starts, then $15/mo. (2) Guest profiles include a DEDICATED website link field plus social links, headline, About Me, topic categories, and recent-appearance links. (3) Public profiles are Google-INDEXED at matchmaker.fm/podcast-guest/<name> -- so this creates a new branded ranking asset for "Micah Berkley podcast guest." DOFOLLOW STATUS NOT VERIFIED: the live rendered profile page was bot-blocked (403 via WebFetch, bot_blocked via fetch tool), so I could not inspect the rel attribute on the website link. Community/directory user-submitted links are commonly nofollow; I am NOT asserting dofollow=yes without checking -- set to unknown. Real SEO upside is twofold: (a) an indexable branded profile page linking to micahberkley.com, and (b) actual podcast bookings that yield genuine editorial backlinks from host show-notes pages. Domain operated by Podcasting Ltd (UK), 70,000+ members, 2,500+ shows, est. 2020 -- mid authority, not a high-DA news/institutional site. Value 6/10: low effort + replicable + indexed profile, capped because link is likely nofollow and the page is platform-templated rather than a high-authority editorial mention. Recommend pairing with PodMatch.

Done when. The MatchMaker.fm profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Intel on AI

requestauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Intel on AI listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Intel on AI (Apple Podcasts) — Intel Corporation podcast, host Heather McGuigan

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://rephonic.com/podcasts/intel-on-ai

Contact. Producer/host pitch — Heather McGuigan (Intel, host); email via Rephonic concierge (https://rephonic.com/podcasts/intel-on-ai) or Intel newsroom contact (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/newsroom/contact-us.html). No single public guest-booking email confirmed.

Steps
IMPORTANT CORRECTION to the discovery note: this show is NOT dormant. It is an active Intel Corporation-produced podcast (137 episodes, host Heather McGuigan) that published as recently as 2025-12-17 ("The AI Growth Engine: Lessons from HubSpot's Kieran Flanagan"). Rephonic confirms the show "Accepts Guests."

The correct path is a GUEST PITCH to Intel's podcast team. Steps:
1) Build a one-page guest pitch: Micah Berkley, AI + SEO entrepreneur/thought leader, with a clear episode angle that fits the show's format (recent AI news + cutting-edge innovation + influential voices). Tie it to a fresh AI topic — e.g. "How AI is reshaping search/SEO and brand discovery (GEO)." Include bio, headshot, 2-3 talking points, links to prior media, and the brand link to https://micahberkley.com.
2) Identify and reach the show's producer/host. Host is Heather McGuigan (Intel).
3) Provide assets needed: full name, title, headshot, 100-150 word bio, 3 episode talking points, prior-appearance links, scheduling availability, and the canonical URL https://micahberkley.com to be cited in show notes/description.
4) On acceptance, request that the episode show notes / description include a link to micahberkley.com (this is where the backlink/citation lands). Note: the Apple Podcasts page text generally does not emit a clean dofollow link to guest sites — primary SEO value is the high-authority Intel brand association + entity citation, plus any dofollow links that appear when the episode is syndicated to Intel's own site / SoundCloud / YouTube / Podchaser show notes.

Caveats. Discovery note had two errors I corrected: (1) the show is active, not dormant (latest episode 2025-12-17); (2) action_url podcastsconnect.apple.com is wrong — that is for publishing your own podcast, not guesting. This is an editorial/request acquisition (curated guest booking by Intel), so it is gated by relevance + relationships, not self-submit. That makes it high-authority but harder to land and lower-velocity. The Apple Podcasts page itself is unlikely to give a clean dofollow link to micahberkley.com; the real backlink/citation value comes from Intel-side show notes, YouTube/SoundCloud/Podchaser syndication, and high-authority brand association. Value_score 6: very high authority and excellent for brand/E-E-A-T and GEO entity signals, but high effort, editorial gatekeeping, and uncertain dofollow temper it. Treat as a flagship aspirational pitch, and in parallel pitch comparable, more-attainable AI/SEO/marketing podcasts that explicitly accept inbound guest pitches and put guest links in show notes.

Done when. The Intel on AI profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

NOTE: the form fields are name, email, LinkedIn — there is no dedicated free-text website field, so to surface https://micahberkley.com Micah should (a) work the URL into his bio text and into the abstract, and (b) if asked for a website/portfolio link in the past-presentations field, point it at micahberkley.com. If accepted, AI 2030 publishes an individual profile page at ai2030.org/author/[name] (photo + title + bio) listed on https://ai2030.org/speaker/. Acceptance is editorially gated (curated speaker roster), so this is self-submit-then-approval, not instant. SECONDARY/PARALLEL path: also apply for membership at https://ai2030.org/apply-to-be-a-member/, which redirects to the Circle community at ai2030.circle.so — a member profile there is faster to obtain but lives on the circle.so subdomain, not the main authority domain.

Caveats. The advisor role is invite/appointment-based and NOT obtainable by application, so it is not directly replicable. WHAT IS REPLICABLE: the speakers bureau self-submission, which yields a genuine profile at ai2030.org/author/[name]. AUTHORITY: AI 2030 is a real responsible-AI nonprofit/initiative (ai2030.org) running summits with city-council ties; medium authority — niche but topically relevant to Micah's AI thought-leadership positioning. DOFOLLOW: unknown — speaker profile outbound links (typically LinkedIn) on WordPress-based org sites are often dofollow but I did not inspect a live author page's rel attribute, so not asserting. RISK/CAVEAT: (1) acceptance is editorially curated, not guaranteed; (2) the form has no clean website field, so the micahberkley.com link must be smuggled into bio/abstract text and may not render as a clickable backlink — the primary link earned is usually to LinkedIn, which dilutes direct SEO value to micahberkley.com; (3) the main profile is gated behind approval. VALUE_SCORE 5 reflects: replicable + topically on-brand, but offset by editorial gate, uncertain dofollow, and weak/indirect path for the micahberkley.com link specifically. RECOMMENDATION: worth pursuing as a brand-relevant listing (good for entity/E-E-A-T and AI-search visibility), but treat the membership/Circle path as the quick win and the speaker profile as the higher-authority-but-slower play; do not count on a clean dofollow link to micahberkley.com here.

Done when. The AI 2030 profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce

requestauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: highvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce - Technology/Innovation Committee event (speaker bio)

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://www.miamichamber.com/contact

Contact. +1 305 350 7700; contact forms at https://www.miamichamber.com/contact (Events form for speaking pitches, Committees form to join); committee liaisons: Jessica Fernandez Ibarra, Mike Asencio

Steps
Step 1 - Join the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Submit the membership application at https://web.miamichamber.com/join-us/application.aspx (requires business name, contact info, and payment of an annual membership investment plus a one-time application fee; exact pricing is not published online and must be confirmed via the Join form or by phone at +1 305 350 7700). Committee participation is explicitly limited to "Chamber members in good standing," so membership is a prerequisite.
Step 2 - Join the Technology/Innovation Committee. Use the "Join a GMCC Committee Today" enrollment form / staff-liaison link on https://www.miamichamber.com/committees/industry-growth/technologyinnovation . Committee staff liaisons are Jessica Fernandez Ibarra and Mike Asencio (FIU). This gets Micah inside the group that programs the AI events.
Step 3 - Pitch to speak. Use the "Events" contact form (to reach the events team) or the "Committees" form at https://www.miamichamber.com/contact , OR the "contact the Programs Team" link on any committee event page, to propose Micah Berkley as a speaker/panelist for a future Tech & Innovation Committee AI event (e.g., an 'AI + SEO for Small Business' talk). Provide: full name + title (e.g., 'Micah Berkley, AI & SEO Entrepreneur'), headshot, a 75-150 word speaker bio, talk topic/abstract, and a link to https://micahberkley.com.
Note: The competitor's bio on these chamber event pages is plain text (name + company title). Micah should request that his bio block include a hyperlink to micahberkley.com, but expect the chamber may render it as text only.

Caveats. IMPORTANT: One listed speaker is "Michael Berkman" — a DIFFERENT person, not the client Micah Berkley; do not confuse them. Authority is high (established regional chamber of commerce, miamichamber.com). Dofollow is unknown/likely-no: chamber event speaker bios are typically plain text (name + company), and I saw no evidence of an outbound hyperlink to any speaker's personal website on the page, so the SEO link value may be weak even if listed. Effort is HIGH because it stacks (1) paid chamber membership, (2) committee enrollment, and (3) being selected to speak at a future event — gated on the Programs Team's programming decisions and event timing, not self-serve. Replicable in principle (Micah fits the exact profile: AI entrepreneur, small-business/AI-for-SMB angle), but it is a relationship/pitch play with no guaranteed timeline. Value_score 5: high domain authority offset by uncertain/likely-text-only link and high multi-step gated effort. Membership pricing not published publicly — must call or use Join form to learn cost.

Done when. The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Eventbrite

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Eventbrite listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Eventbrite - Organizer profile

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.eventbrite.com/organizer/overview/

Steps
1) Go to https://www.eventbrite.com/signup and create a free Eventbrite account (email + password). 2) Open Organization Settings (https://www.eventbrite.com/organizations/settings) and select "Organizer Profiles." Eventbrite auto-creates an "Unnamed organizer" profile; either edit it or click "Add organizer profile." 3) Fill in: Organizer name (e.g., "Micah Berkley" or "Micah Berkley AI/SEO"), a bio under "About the organizer" (who he is, the AI/SEO events he hosts, his mission), upload a 400x400 (1:1) profile image and a cover image, and add the WEBSITE field = https://micahberkley.com plus social links (X, Instagram, LinkedIn). 4) SAVE the profile first - only after saving does the option to customize the public organizer URL appear. Set a clean URL slug, giving a public page at https://<slug>.eventbrite.com. 5) To make the organizer page publicly listed/indexed and fully populated, create and publish at least one FREE event (free events have no Eventbrite fee): use the event creation flow, set ticket type = Free, attach the Micah Berkley organizer profile, add the micahberkley.com link in the event description, and publish. Assets Micah needs: an email, headshot (400x400), cover image, a 1-3 sentence bio, the URL https://micahberkley.com, social handles, and one event (title, date, location/online, description with link).

Caveats. However, Eventbrite remains a valid, high-authority (DR ~90s), free, self-serve backlink/entity source that Micah fully controls. Confirmed via official Eventbrite help article (articles/161196): organizer profiles support a bio, a website link under "About the organizer," and social links, with a public customizable URL of form https://<slug>.eventbrite.com. Creating the profile is free; publishing a FREE event carries no Eventbrite fee. Caveat on dofollow: Eventbrite applies rel="nofollow" to user-supplied outbound links on organizer/event pages, so direct SEO link equity is low - value is primarily as a brand citation / entity signal for AI-search (GEO) visibility and as a controllable, indexable profile page. Effort is medium because to get a fully public, populated organizer page you should publish at least one free event, not just save the bare profile. Recommend Micah host a recurring free "AI + SEO" online meetup to keep the organizer page active and credible.

Done when. The Eventbrite profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

YouTube

requestauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a YouTube listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. YouTube - Behind The Scenes Miami (BTS Miami) video interview channel

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://behindthescenesmiami.com/contact

Contact. btsmiami@behindthescenesmiami.com | phone +1 305-793-2092 | Instagram DM @behindthescenes_miami

Steps
This is a media outlet (NOT a self-submit directory), so Micah must be INTERVIEWED to get listed. "BTS Miami" = "Behind The Scenes Miami," a Miami culture/arts/tech video channel hosted by Yelain Santoyo (real YouTube handle is @BehindTheScenesMiami, NOT @btsmiami as the discovery guessed). STEPS for Micah: (1) Email btsmiami@behindthescenesmiami.com (or call +1 305-793-2092, or DM Instagram @behindthescenes_miami) pitching a 2-3 min on-camera "AI/SEO expert take" interview. (2) Provide: his name + title (AI + SEO entrepreneur / personal brand), a 2-3 sentence bio, 3-4 talking points on AI search/GEO/digital marketing, a headshot, and explicitly request that https://micahberkley.com be placed in the video description and/or that his name be in the title/caption. Offer a same-style 'Miami's AI future' soundbite. (4) If remote, propose a short Zoom/studio interview they can publish as a Short. ASSETS NEEDED: bio, headshot, talking points, micahberkley.com URL for the description.

Caveats. A second video exists at youtube.com/shorts/ggiYiWzrIus and a matching IG reel at instagram.com/reel/DRSgZFzAp0Z. The candidate's discovery action_url (youtube.com/@btsmiami/about) is WRONG - it 404s; the real channel is @BehindTheScenesMiami (run by host Yelain Santoyo, behindthescenesmiami.com, IG @behindthescenes_miami 32K followers, media partner to Miami Symphony Orchestra/Florida Grand Opera). DOFOLLOW=no: YouTube applies rel=nofollow to external links in video descriptions, so a description link to micahberkley.com is NOT a dofollow backlink - value is brand/entity association on a high-authority domain (youtube.com) + a repurposable on-camera interview clip, not raw link equity. Same-style replicable plays for Micah: pitch ANY roaming AI/tech YouTube interviewer at conferences he attends (this is a template, not a one-off). value_score=5: high domain authority + strong entity/brand signal, but nofollow + high effort + geographic/relationship barrier pull it to mid-tier. Worth pursuing only if Micah is already attending a Miami AI event.

Done when. The YouTube profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Intel on AI

requestauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 4/10

Goal. Create or secure a Intel on AI listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Intel on AI (Spotify)

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://www.joinpodmatch.com/

Contact. Intel on AI host email is gated behind Rephonic (https://rephonic.com/podcasts/intel-on-ai); public-facing pitch channel is @IntelAI social / Intel.com newsroom. No direct public guest-submission email confirmed.

Steps
This Spotify listing is "Intel on AI," Intel Corporation's own branded podcast (host: Heather McGuigan; ~137 episodes; distributes weekly/twice-monthly to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, iHeart, Intel.com). CRITICAL NUANCE: A Spotify "show/episode" page is not something you self-submit to directly. The page exists only because you were booked as a guest on a podcast that auto-distributes to Spotify. So there are two paths:

This is a curated, editorial booking by Intel's content team. Rephonic lists it as "Accepts Guests" with a contact email behind a Rephonic account. To pursue: (1) Create/upgrade a Rephonic account at https://rephonic.com/podcasts/intel-on-ai to reveal the host contact email, OR pitch via Intel's @IntelAI social channels / Intel.com newsroom contact. (2) Send a guest pitch positioning Micah as an AI/SEO/martech thought leader with a specific, Intel-relevant angle (e.g., AI search/GEO, agentic marketing). (3) Provide: short bio, headshot, 3 talking-point topics, links to prior media, and micahberkley.com. (4) If booked, ASK the host to include "https://micahberkley.com" in the episode show notes/description. Realistically Micah currently lacks the C-suite/enterprise credential that gets people onto Intel's show, so PATH A is low-probability.

PATH B (replicate the DIMENSION - realistic): Get booked on ANY reputable AI/marketing podcast that auto-distributes to Spotify. Fastest channels: (1) PodMatch - create a guest profile at https://www.joinpodmatch.com/ (paid: ~$9-49/mo), list expertise (AI, SEO, GEO, martech), and get matched with hosts seeking guests. (2) Podcasters.spotify.com / Spotify for Creators is for HOSTING your own show, not for being a guest - do not rely on it for guesting. (3) Direct pitch: email AI/marketing podcast hosts a 3-5 sentence pitch + bio + headshot + topic angles + micahberkley.com. ALWAYS ask the host to put https://micahberkley.com in the episode description. Note: the link in a Spotify episode description is generally NOT a crawlable dofollow backlink - real SEO value of podcast guesting comes from (a) the host's website show-notes page (often dofollow) and (b) brand/entity mentions, not the Spotify page itself. So pursue podcasts whose SHOW-NOTES live on a real indexable website and request the link there.

Caveats. Spotify itself = very high domain authority, BUT a Spotify episode page is NOT a directly submittable backlink source and its description links are not meaningfully crawlable/dofollow, so the raw SEO link value is weak. The candidate's stated micah_action conflates two things: podcasters.spotify.com is for hosting your OWN show, not for guesting. The realistic replication path is PodMatch or direct host outreach to land a guest spot on an AI/marketing podcast that distributes to Spotify (which auto-creates the Spotify page) AND has indexable show-notes on a real website where a dofollow link to micahberkley.com can be requested. Recommend treating "podcast guesting" as a worthwhile brand/entity-building dimension generally (good for E-E-A-T and AI/GEO entity signals) but scoring THIS specific Intel listing low for direct, replicable, dofollow backlink purposes. Intel on AI

requestauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 4/10

Goal. Create or secure a Intel on AI listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Intel on AI (ListenNotes)

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://www.listennotes.com/submit/

Steps
This is NOT a self-submit directory listing. There is no ListenNotes guest profile to fill out. To replicate for Micah, two layers:

LAYER 1 (the actual placement — by pitch/request): Get Micah booked as a guest on an AI/marketing podcast whose RSS feed ListenNotes ingests (essentially every public podcast on Apple/Spotify). Source target shows free via ListenNotes search: https://www.listennotes.com/ (use the 'Interviews only' filter + topic keywords like 'AI marketing', 'SEO', 'generative AI'); for host contact emails, ListenNotes Premium or the show's own site. Pitch the host directly (email/LinkedIn) with: Micah's name, one-line bio ('AI + SEO entrepreneur'), 2-3 episode angle ideas, headshot, and his site https://micahberkley.com. To MAXIMIZE the chance a clickable/branded mention lands in the ListenNotes listing, ask the host to include Micah's name AND 'https://micahberkley.com' in the episode title and show notes/description — because ListenNotes mirrors the RSS <title> and <description> verbatim. Once the episode publishes, it auto-appears on ListenNotes within days; no claim needed.

LAYER 2 (own-show alternative, faster/controllable): Micah can launch (or already run) his own podcast and submit it directly to ListenNotes at https://www.listennotes.com/submit/ , then 'claim' it. A claimed show lets him set the show's 'Web' link to https://micahberkley.com (this is the most reliable way to get his own URL onto a ListenNotes page that HE controls). Episode descriptions he writes will also be indexed.

Assets Micah needs: name, bio, headshot, https://micahberkley.com, episode topic angles, and (for Layer 2) a podcast RSS feed.

Caveats. REALITY CHECK on value: ListenNotes (DR ~80, listennotes.com) is high-authority, BUT (1) it is a podcast SEARCH ENGINE / aggregator, so outbound links in episode descriptions are effectively nofollow — no meaningful link equity to micahberkley.com; (2) there is NO guest-profile to self-submit — the only way onto a SHOW's page is to be booked as a guest (a pitch/PR effort, not a quick listing), which is genuinely high-effort and not guaranteed; (3) the brand/entity-mention value (Micah's name + URL appearing on a high-traffic AI podcast index) is real for GEO/AI-search visibility, even if the SEO link is nofollow. The faster, fully-controllable path is Layer 2: submit + claim his own podcast at listennotes.com/submit and set the show 'Web' link to micahberkley.com. Score 4/10: high authority but nofollow + high effort + only 'maybe' replicable. Treat as a long-tail PR/brand-mention play, not a quick backlink win.

Done when. The Intel on AI profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

The AI Journal

Goal. Create or secure a The AI Journal listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. The AI Journal (aijourn.com)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://aijourn.com/contact-us/

Contact. tom.allen@aijourn.com (Contributor Relations / Tom Allen, editor); office: 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR. Contributor Agreement contact mailbox also handles submissions.

Steps
TWO replicable paths for Micah Berkley to get the same kind of placement WITH a link to https://micahberkley.com:

PATH A (recommended — free bylined contributor article, gives a real bio backlink):
1. The old /write-for-us/ and /become-a-contributor2/ URLs now 404. The LIVE submission entry point is the Contact Us form: https://aijourn.com/contact-us/ — fill First Name=Micah, Last Name=Berkley, Job Title (e.g. "AI & SEO Entrepreneur / Founder"), Company, Email, Phone, Country=US, Topic of Enquiry, and CRITICALLY set 'Type of Enquiry' = 'News and Op-Ed'. In the Enquiry box, pitch a bylined article and ask for contributor onboarding. (Alternatively email Contributor Relations: tom.allen@aijourn.com / the general contact mailbox listed on the help centre.)
2. Assets Micah must provide / prepare: an ORIGINAL, never-published article of MINIMUM 800 words on an AI/SEO/martech topic (per Help Centre + Contributor Agreement). NO self-promotion in the body, but he may name his company in the bio. Optionally supply original or properly-licensed images/infographics (encouraged).
3. Provide a 50-100 word author BIO including professional title, company, and his website link — per Contributor Agreement Section 9.2 'You may provide an author bio (50-100 words) including ... Website or social media links.' Section 9.1 confirms 'Link to your website or social media (if provided).' THIS is where https://micahberkley.com goes.
4. Accept the Contributor Agreement (https://aijourn.com/contributor-agreement/, last updated 2025-10-30) — perpetual non-exclusive license; Micah retains copyright; no payment for most guest articles. Editorial feedback within ~3 working days; if approved, published within ~5 working days. Result: bylined article + author profile + bio backlink, addable to LinkedIn.

Issue a press release via Cision/PR Newswire (or BusinessWire) about a Micah Berkley milestone. The AI Journal republishes PR-wire AI stories (this very page is proof). Likelihood of pickup is lower-control and the in-body link is typically not present, so Path A is the stronger, controllable backlink.

Caveats. The AI Journal is a real, active AI-niche editorial publication (600+ contributing writers per its Help Centre, weekly additions; editor Tom Allen; UK-registered The AI Journal Ltd). KEY MECHANICS VERIFIED FROM SOURCE: (1) Help Centre confirms program is open, 800-word minimum, original-only, no in-body self-promo but company mentions allowed in bio, no payment, credibility/LinkedIn exposure. (2) Contributor Agreement (2025-10-30) Section 9.1 'Link to your website or social media (if provided)' and 9.2 author bio 50-100 words incl. 'Website or social media links' — this is the link vector. (3) Live submission path is now the Contact Us form with 'News and Op-Ed' enquiry type (old write-for-us URL is dead/404). DOFOLLOW set to 'unknown' truthfully — I did not load the rendered DOM of a live contributor article to inspect rel attributes, and search did not surface a definitive answer. Many high-volume contributor programs apply rel=nofollow/sponsored to author-bio links, so do NOT assume dofollow; verify on a live published contributor article before final scoring. Even if nofollow, the placement still carries strong brand-entity / AI-visibility value (relevant for GEO/AI-search citation, which aligns with Micah's positioning).

Done when. The The AI Journal profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Contact. support@authoritymag.co

Steps
1) Pick an evergreen interview series from Authority Magazine's Ongoing Interview Series list (https://medium.com/authority-magazine/ongoing-interview-series-in-authority-magazine-7d633a349753) — best fits for Micah: "Five Things You Need To Build A Highly Successful Startup," any "Future of AI" / AI thought-leader series, or "Five Things We Must Do To Help Develop Responsible AI." 2) Submit the official pitch form (Google Form): https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdkUiiJpgE53-I6pDQOm-zWveNeCXkGFonoVX5ULmN0dPsfxA/viewform — provide name (Micah Berkley), title (AI + SEO entrepreneur / founder), a short bio establishing authority, the chosen series/topic, and his site https://micahberkley.com. 3) On acceptance, editorial emails a set of written interview questions; Micah returns written answers plus 1-2 high-resolution professional headshots. Have his bio paragraph pre-written with the micahberkley.com link and his social handles embedded so the published author bio/intro carries the link. 4) Editorial does light editing and gives an estimated publish date; the piece publishes on medium.com/authority-magazine and can syndicate to Thrive Global / Entrepreneur / BuzzFeed / MSN / Yahoo. No fee for the editorial path. Support/escalation: support@authoritymag.co.

Caveats. ACQUISITION: Confirmed FREE editorial path via official Google pitch form (verified live on the how-to-apply page). Email-based interview; provide written answers + high-res headshots. Paid "concierge" middlemen exist but are NOT required. Founded/run by Yitzi Weiner. LINK VALUE CAVEAT: Authority Magazine is hosted on Medium, and Medium outbound links are NOFOLLOW — so this is low raw link-equity, not a dofollow win. Real value is (a) high brand authority + E-E-A-T / entity citations useful for AI-search (GEO) visibility, and (b) syndication reach across Thrive Global, Entrepreneur.com, BuzzFeed, MSN, Yahoo Finance (some of those syndications can carry stronger links/mentions, though BuzzFeed is typically nofollow too). value_score 7 = high authority + high replicability + free, docked for nofollow. Priority high because it is one of the most credible self-serve "top thought-leader" editorial placements available and directly fits Micah's AI/SEO positioning.

Done when. The Authority Magazine profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Contact. Submission form at https://www.brainzmagazine.com/contribute-brainz (no public submit email on page); general contact: https://www.brainzmagazine.com/contact

Steps
PATH FOR MICAH (two tiers, both start at the same form):

1) Go to https://www.brainzmagazine.com/contribute-brainz and complete the "Fill in your information below" form (it's the only submission channel; there is no public submit email on the page). The page promises a reply within ~24h. Brainz accepts experts in Business, Mindset, Leadership, Innovation/Technology, Sustainability, and Lifestyle — Micah's AI+SEO/digital-marketing angle maps cleanly to the Technology > AI and Business > Marketing categories (https://www.brainzmagazine.com/technology/ai), which strengthens his pitch.

2) Assets/info Micah must provide when they reply: full name, professional title (e.g. "AI & SEO Entrepreneur / Founder"), short expert bio, a high-res professional headshot, his website URL (https://micahberkley.com) for the byline/branding link, links to social proof (LinkedIn/X), and a proposed article topic or draft (~800-1500 words) in one of the accepted categories. The byline + author profile is where the dofollow link to micahberkley.com lives.

TIER A (free): The "guest writer / free publicity" path — submit via the same form, get one published article with a byline. Lowest cost, still yields a link.
TIER B (paid Executive Contributor): A 12-month partnership (reportedly ~$65/month historically; they pitch it as a fraction of their $1,500 one-off article price) giving a permanent /executive-contributor/<name> profile page, ~12 articles over 12 months, and premium branding. Framed as invite/apply + a qualification/SEO review step. Details/quote via https://www.brainzmagazine.com/premiumpublicityoffer or the contact form.

Start with the contribute form either way; mention interest in the Executive Contributor program in the message to route toward Tier B.

Caveats. VALUE RATIONALE (6/10): + High reach (claims 300k weekly readers, 65+ countries) and reportedly dofollow author/byline links — good for entity/brand signal. + Strong topical fit for an AI+SEO brand (Technology/AI + Business/Marketing categories). + Free guest-writer tier exists, so a link is achievable at zero spend. - Downside: it is a pay-to-play PR model (Executive Contributor ~$65/mo, 12-mo commitment; one-off articles up to $1,500). That pattern lowers editorial trust/authority vs. true earned press, so I rated authority MEDIUM not HIGH. - dofollow is reported by third-party reviewers and Brainz's own marketing, but the live /executive-contributor/ pages render via Wix JS so I could not directly inspect rel attributes; treat dofollow as best-guess (high confidence on the claim, not byte-verified). EFFORT = medium because it requires writing/submitting an original article + assets and (for the permanent profile) likely a paid commitment. Recommend: pursue the FREE guest-writer submission first for a quick dofollow byline; only escalate to paid Executive Contributor if budget allows a permanent profile page. Use the Technology/AI category angle and point the byline link at https://micahberkley.com.

Done when. The Brainz Magazine profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Steps
Refresh Miami is an editorial outlet (not self-serve), so the replication path is a pitch/request, plus an optional paid events-calendar route. Provide: Micah's name, title (AI + SEO entrepreneur), the news hook with a date and a specific number/milestone, one quotable sentence, and a link to https://micahberkley.com plus a headshot/logo for use. (2) Email/contact-form pitch: use https://refreshmiami.com/contact/ (Name/Email/Subject/Message form) to pitch the editors directly with the same angle and the https://micahberkley.com link; muckrack.com/media-outlet/refreshmiami lists named journalists (e.g., Nancy Dahlberg, Riley Kaminer) you can name-drop / follow up with. (3) RECURRING MENTIONS - Buy a Refresh Miami 'Supporter' membership and submit Micah's tech/startup/AI events to the Community Calendar at https://refreshmiami.com/submit-an-event/ (account/paid membership required), which yields recurring listing pages that can include an organizer link to https://micahberkley.com. ASSETS NEEDED: a genuinely newsworthy Miami-tech hook, headshot/logo, one-line bio, a quote, and the https://micahberkley.com URL. REALITY CHECK: editorial coverage is discretionary ('we don't have the bandwidth to cover everything, but we will try') and not guaranteed; even if covered, name mentions here tend to be unlinked, so the realistic link win is the paid events-calendar organizer link rather than an in-article backlink.

Caveats. Refresh Miami is a respected, established Miami startup/tech news outlet (good regional/niche relevance for an AI thought-leader, strong entity-mention/GEO value, decent DA), hence medium authority. Two real routes: (a) editorial pitch via the free News Tip Typeform (https://form.typeform.com/to/vrM7a3cA) or contact form - high effort, discretionary, often unlinked even if it lands; (b) PAID Supporter membership to post recurring events on the Community Calendar (https://refreshmiami.com/submit-an-event/) - more reliably yields an organizer-link listing page. Strongest realistic use: pursue the events-calendar organizer backlink for a near-certain link, and pitch the news tip for a possible high-value editorial entity mention. Note Micah is a personal brand at micahberkley.com - to fit Refresh Miami's Miami-tech focus, the pitch should foreground a South-Florida AI angle.

Done when. The Refresh Miami profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

AI 2030

requestauth: mediumdofollow: unknowneffort: highvalue 4/10

Goal. Create or secure a AI 2030 listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. AI 2030 (Board of Advisors / membership & fellowship)

Autonomy. Agent drafts and sends the pitch from Gmail. Flag if it needs Micah's personal voice

Action URL. https://ai2030.org/apply-to-be-a-member/

Contact. info@ai2030.org

Steps
1) Self-serve entry point (do this first): Apply for AI 2030 membership at https://ai2030.org/apply-to-be-a-member/ — choose the "Individuals" tier. The application routes to the Circle.so community ("Get Started" button). Assets to provide: full name (Micah Berkley), email, role/title (AI + SEO entrepreneur / personal brand), a short bio emphasizing AI thought-leadership, and his website https://micahberkley.com. In the Circle.so community profile, set the website/links field to https://micahberkley.com (this is the member-profile link, but the community is members-only so it is likely gated/nofollow — value is networking + eligibility, not a clean public backlink). Fellows get named publicly and in PRNewswire press releases. 3) Alternatively/additionally, apply to the AI 2030 Speakers Bureau (linked from the homepage "Apply" path) which yields a public speaker profile page. 4) Board of Advisors specifically is invitation-only (no open application form found) — to pursue it, email info@ai2030.org pitching Micah's AI expertise and offering to contribute to a responsible-AI initiative/governance framework, requesting an advisory or contributor role; include his bio and https://micahberkley.com. Start with membership + Fellow application as the practical path; treat the advisor seat as an aspirational, relationship-driven ask.

Caveats. But he does NOT appear on AI 2030's actual published advisory roster — TheOrg's "Advisory and Fellowship Team" page lists 17 people (Aja McCutchen, Alexander Schlager, Alpesh Doshi, Amit Patel, Ankit V., Aravinda Garimella, Giorgio Natili, Jimmy Yang, Kate Carter, Khayyam Wakil, Koushik Subramanian, Mark B. PLATFORM STRUCTURE: AI 2030 (founder/exec director Xiaochen Zhang; HQ 111 N Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL — a global responsible-AI nonprofit/initiative). Pathways: (a) Membership tiers Individuals/Startups/Corporations via ai2030.org/apply-to-be-a-member/ → Circle.so community (members-only, gated profile, likely nofollow); (b) Global Fellow Program — committee-selected, members-only eligibility, yields public recognition + PRNewswire mentions; (c) Speakers Bureau — public speaker profile; (d) Senior Fellow tier is invitation-only at $5,000/yr; (e) Board of Advisors appears invitation-only with no open form. VALUE CALL: Real topical authority for an AI personal brand, but the easy/self-serve link (member community) is gated and likely not a clean public dofollow backlink, while the high-visibility, name-bearing outcomes (Fellow, Advisor, Speaker) require selection/invitation = high effort, uncertain success. Net value_score 4, priority low — pursue only as a longer-term authority play, not a quick replicable backlink. Best truly self-serve action: submit membership application with https://micahberkley.com, then apply to Global Fellow + Speakers Bureau.

Done when. The AI 2030 profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Luma

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a Luma listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Luma (lu.ma / luma.com)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://luma.com/signup

Steps
Self-submit, no approval gate. STEP 1 (account): Go to https://luma.com/signup and create a free account using Micah's email (or Google/Apple SSO). STEP 2 (profile = the SEO asset): Open Settings > Profile (https://luma.com/settings) and set Display Name = "Micah Berkley", upload a headshot, write a bio (e.g. "AI + SEO entrepreneur. Founder, MicahBerkley.com"), and fill the social links — Luma profiles expose dedicated fields for Website, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok. Put https://micahberkley.com in the WEBSITE field and his real X/LinkedIn in the others. STEP 3 (host = how the profile gets surfaced/indexed): At https://luma.com/create, create a public Calendar (e.g. "Micah Berkley AI" or his brand) and host/list 1+ public events. As the host he is auto-attributed on each event page as a clickable link to his Luma user profile; add https://micahberkley.com again in the event description and the calendar/organizer bio. ASSETS NEEDED: email/SSO login, headshot, 1-2 line bio, https://micahberkley.com URL, his X + LinkedIn handles, and at least one event (title, date/time, virtual link or location, description). No payment, no editorial review, no domain verification required.

Caveats. Authority: HIGH (Luma is a very high-traffic domain — ~95K referring domains, ~30M backlinks per Semrush Apr 2026; strong entity-association and discovery value, frequently cited by AI/event aggregators). DOFOLLOW: best-guess NO — Luma's outbound profile/social/website links are predominantly nofollow (broader Luma link sample skews ~60% nofollow), typical for a UGC platform, so treat the primary value as brand citation, entity graph, and event-driven discovery rather than raw equity. REPLICABLE: yes, identical self-serve path, no gatekeeper. EFFORT: low (free account + profile + one event). Two distinct backlink surfaces available: (a) the user profile website field, (b) event/calendar description links.

Done when. The Luma profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Devpost

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Devpost listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://devpost.com/signup

Contact. info.devpost.com (Host a hackathon flow) for judge/host listings; support@devpost.com for account help

Steps
1) Go to https://devpost.com/signup and create a free account (email or GitHub/Google SSO). 2) Settings > Profile: set name to "Micah Berkley", add headshot, location (city), bio ("AI + SEO entrepreneur..."), Twitter/X handle, skills, and put https://micahberkley.com in the Website field. This sets the public portfolio URL devpost.com/<username>, which is visible without login. 3) Create at least one Project (Add Project): give it a title (e.g., an AI/SEO tool), tagline, description, "Built With" tags, and crucially fill the project link/homepage fields with https://micahberkley.com plus a "Try it out" link — project pages are individually indexed and carry the strongest entity association. Assets needed: name, headshot, 1-2 line bio, brand/affiliation label, and the micahberkley.com URL. No payment required for self-host of a basic/online hackathon; sponsored/large hackathons are paid but not necessary for the listing.

Caveats. DOFOLLOW: Set to NO. Devpost is a UGC/hackathon platform; user-supplied website fields and project links are nofollow (it is absent from the established 2026 dofollow-profile-site lists — LinkedIn/GitHub/Crunchbase/Behance/ProductHunt/F6S/Wellfound are the dofollow ones; Devpost is not). I did not inspect the raw rel attribute on a live profile (would require logged-in/rendered DOM), so this is a platform-class best-guess, not a verified attribute read. Value here is brand/entity + AI-citation signal (Devpost pages are heavily crawled and surface in AI search), not link equity. AUTHORITY: high — devpost.com is a high-DA, widely-cited developer/hackathon platform; project + organizer/judge pages index well and appear in AI answer engines. A plain profile+project (15 min) is trivial; the judge/host mirror is low-medium effort.

Done when. The Devpost profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

ZoomInfo

claimauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a ZoomInfo listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.zoominfo.com/update/profile

Steps
ZoomInfo does NOT offer an open "submit a new person profile" form — profiles are auto-generated from contributed email-header/CRM data, then claimed. Path for Micah (two stages):

STAGE 1 — seed/force-create a profile (so there is something to claim):
1. Set up a real business mailbox on his own domain, e.g. micah@micahberkley.com (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). A FREE Gmail/Outlook.com address will NOT qualify — ZoomInfo requires a valid business email DOMAIN for Lite/Community Edition.
2. Go to https://www.zoominfo.com/ce (ZoomInfo Lite / Community Edition) and sign up, connecting that business email (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) and/or a CRM. This contributes contact data and seeds/links a profile record under his name. (Tradeoff: Community Edition shares limited business-contact data from his connected inbox in exchange for free access.)

STAGE 2 — claim and edit the profile to add the micahberkley.com link:
3. First check if a profile already exists: search "Micah Berkley" at https://www.zoominfo.com and also use the privacy/Trust Center search.
4. Claim/manage via the self-serve Trust Center: https://www.zoominfo.com/trust-center/your-privacy (also reachable from https://www.zoominfo.com/update/profile). Verify identity via the business email.
5. In the profile editor add: current title (AI/SEO entrepreneur), company, location, employment history, education, memberships, bio, and — critically — under contact info / web references add the WEBSITE URL https://micahberkley.com (the field accepts a blog/website/LinkedIn/VisualCV link).
6. Use "Consolidate Profiles" in the left sidebar to merge any duplicate Micah Berkley records so the link/authority isn't split.

Assets needed: a business-domain email on micahberkley.com, headshot, accurate title/company/location, employment + education history, short bio, and the target URL https://micahberkley.com.

Caveats. WebFetch returned HTTP 403 (ZoomInfo blocks all scrapers/crawlers), so verification is via the public search index, not direct page render. AUTHORITY: ZoomInfo is a very high-authority domain (DR ~90+, 2.2M+ backlinks incl. Microsoft/Wikipedia/Apple, 1M+ organic monthly visits) — excellent for entity-graph / GEO / brand-citation purposes (helps AI models and search associate "Micah Berkley" with his site/title/company). DOFOLLOW: best-guess NO. User-managed "web references" on these aggregator/UGC-style profile pages are virtually always rel=nofollow. Value here is a nofollow brand citation + structured entity data, NOT link equity. EFFORT/REPLICABILITY: Replicable but gated. There is no instant self-submit form; Micah must (a) own a verified business-email DOMAIN (free Gmail won't work — he already has micahberkley.com so this is feasible) and (b) join Community Edition (data-contribution tradeoff) to seed the record, then (c) claim/edit via Trust Center. Once claimed, adding the website link is easy. Net: medium priority, value 5/10 — high authority + replicable, dragged down by nofollow + high setup effort + Community Edition data-sharing tradeoff. Recommend pairing with other people-data aggregators (RocketReach, Crunchbase person, Apollo, Lusha, ContactOut) for the same entity-graph dimension since they share the auto-generate-then-claim model.

Done when. The ZoomInfo profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Loop

self-submitauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Loop listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Loop (Frontiers)

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://loop.frontiersin.org/

Steps
1) Go to https://loop.frontiersin.org/ and click "Register" (or use https://www.frontiersin.org/register). 2) Sign up free with email OR link a social account (LinkedIn/Twitter/Facebook). 3) Step 1 - fill personal info (name "Micah Berkley", country = United States; * = mandatory) and confirm email. 4) Step 2 - fill professional info: current position/role (e.g. "Founder / AI + SEO Entrepreneur"), institution/organization (his company name), and expertise keywords (AI, SEO, digital marketing, martech, entrepreneurship). Assets needed: headshot, short bio paragraph, role title, org name, expertise tags, and ideally an ORCID. To get micahberkley.com onto the profile, work the URL into the free-text Bio field (e.g. "...more at micahberkley.com"); whether it renders as a clickable link depends on Loop's bio formatting and is likely nofollow if it does. For a clickable/dofollow scholarly link, he'd need an actual Frontiers publication or ORCID with his site listed.

Caveats. Registration is free and fully self-serve at loop.frontiersin.org/Register (no peer-review gate to merely register, though Loop is academic-oriented). Domain authority is HIGH (Frontiers is a top-5 academic publisher, loop.frontiersin.org is well-indexed). Loop has no dedicated 'personal website' field; it links ORCID/institution/publications. So a self-created profile gives Micah strong entity/brand PARITY and a high-authority indexed page in his name, but probably NOT a clean dofollow backlink to micahberkley.com. Low effort, so worth doing for parity even at modest link value. dofollow set to 'no' as best guess - even if a bio URL renders clickable, profile/UGC pages on academic networks are typically nofollow.

Done when. The Loop profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

RocketReach

claimauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 3/10

Goal. Create or secure a RocketReach listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://rocketreach.co/claim-profile

Contact. privacy@rocketreach.co

Steps
Micah ALREADY has an auto-generated RocketReach profile: https://rocketreach.co/micah-berkley-email_44528009 (titled "Biscayne AI Founder," Miami FL) — so this is a claim/update scenario, not a fresh submission. Steps: (1) Go to https://rocketreach.co/claim-profile (RocketReach also routes this via the footer "Do Not Sell My Info" link). (2) Submit full name "Micah Berkley", current company "Biscayne AI", his RocketReach profile URL (https://rocketreach.co/micah-berkley-email_44528009) OR his LinkedIn URL, and a valid email he controls. Click Submit Request. (3) Open the verification email from RocketReach and click the "Claim Profile" button to verify ownership. (4) Once verified he can review/edit the profile data, correct his title/company, download his data, or remove the profile. IMPORTANT CAVEAT: the claim/update flow is a privacy-control flow (edit/remove), NOT a free-form link-builder — there is no documented field to paste micahberkley.com as an outbound backlink. RocketReach auto-builds the "web references"/links shown on a profile by scanning public sources (mainly LinkedIn). To get micahberkley.com to surface as a reference, Micah must add micahberkley.com to his PUBLIC LinkedIn profile (Contact Info > Website) and keep LinkedIn public; RocketReach re-scans and reflects public changes within a few weeks. For a faster correction he can email privacy@rocketreach.co with the specific details to update. Assets needed: name, Biscayne AI as company, the RocketReach or LinkedIn URL, a verification email, and micahberkley.com added to his public LinkedIn. Required info/assets: full name, company (Biscayne AI), RocketReach/LinkedIn profile URL, controlled email, and micahberkley.com on public LinkedIn.

Caveats. Chief AI Officer." (Direct WebFetch and TinyFish fetch both got 403/bot_blocked — RocketReach aggressively blocks automated reads — but search-engine results confirm the page exists and matches.) GOOD NEWS for Micah: he ALREADY has an auto-built RocketReach profile (rocketreach.co/micah-berkley-email_44528009, "Biscayne AI Founder," Miami FL), so no submission is needed — only an optional claim/update. SEO REALITY: RocketReach is a high-authority domain (DR ~80s) but it is a B2B contact data-broker. Its person profiles exist to sell its own contact-finder product; outbound web references are nofollow and the claim flow is a privacy/opt-out tool (edit/remove your data), NOT a backlink-builder. There is no UI to paste micahberkley.com as a chosen outbound link — RocketReach derives links from public sources (LinkedIn). Net value is a BRAND/ENTITY citation (his name + company already appear, which helps entity recognition / E-E-A-T corroboration for AI search), not a meaningful dofollow SEO link. Recommendation: low priority. Do NOT spend effort trying to force a dofollow link here — it won't pass equity. Optionally email privacy@rocketreach.co to correct any inaccurate title/company.

Done when. The RocketReach profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

ContactOut

unknownauth: mediumdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 2/10

Goal. Create or secure a ContactOut listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://contactout.com/optout

Contact. support via contactout.freshdesk.com (no public submit/claim email; opt-out form only)

Steps
There is NO self-submit, claim, or "add my profile" path on ContactOut — this is a scraped B2B contact-data aggregator, not a directory you can join. Profiles are auto-generated by ContactOut's LinkedIn scraper (300M+ profiles; founded by Rob Liu as a LinkedIn Chrome extension). The ONLY user-facing control is the OPT-OUT/removal flow at https://contactout.com/optout (full name + email + your ContactOut profile URL -> verification email within 2-4h -> click within 48h -> deletion in 3-7 business days), which is the OPPOSITE of getting listed. To get auto-listed: ensure Micah has a complete, public LinkedIn profile (he does: linkedin.com/in/micahberkley) with his current title/company filled in — ContactOut periodically re-scrapes LinkedIn and will eventually generate a profile. HOWEVER, this is NOT a useful backlink: ContactOut profile pages display scraped contact data (email/phone/title/skills) and do NOT render a clickable dofollow link to a personal website like micahberkley.com. The pages are also JS-walled and aggressively bot-blocked (both WebFetch and a real-browser fetch returned 403/bot_blocked), so any reference passes no usable SEO equity. Recommended action: do NOT pursue ContactOut for link-building. If desired purely for entity/NAP consistency, do nothing active — let the LinkedIn re-scrape auto-generate it. A search of site:contactout.com for "Micah Berkley" currently returns NO dedicated profile for him.

Caveats. The candidate page returns HTTP 403 to WebFetch AND bot_blocked to a real-browser fetch (TinyFish) — ContactOut hard-blocks crawlers, confirming the page is gated and passes no crawlable link. CRITICAL CORRECTION to the discovery guess: the described "claim path" (copy record URL -> footer 'Do Not Sell My Info' -> enter name+email+URL) is actually the OPT-OUT / DATA-REMOVAL flow (multiple privacy sources: DeleteMe, Optery, Onerep, AeroLeads all describe contactout.com/optout as a removal mechanism). It does NOT control or create a listing and would DELETE the profile, not get Micah listed. ContactOut has no self-submission. The profile is auto-generated from LinkedIn only. It does NOT show a dofollow website link to micahberkley.com. Replicable in the trivial sense that LinkedIn re-scraping will eventually mint a Micah profile, but it carries no backlink benefit. Skip for link-building; deprioritize. Micah does NOT currently have a dedicated ContactOut profile (site:contactout.com search returned none).

Done when. The ContactOut profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Apollo.io

unknownauth: highdofollow: noeffort: lowvalue 2/10

Goal. Create or secure a Apollo.io listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.apollo.io/claim/person/information-access/

Contact. privacy@apollo.io

Steps
There is NO self-submit/claim path that produces a backlink on Apollo. Apollo person records are auto-generated by enrichment (LinkedIn + email-pattern scraping), not user-published, and there is no field where Micah can insert a link to micahberkley.com. Realistic options for Micah, in order: (1) PARITY / DATA-PRESENCE (passive): keep a complete, public LinkedIn (https://linkedin.com/in/micahberkley or his actual handle) with current title/company and a consistent business email so Apollo's enrichment pipeline creates/refreshes a record. A public page may then appear at the pattern apollo.io/people/Micah/Berkley/<id> (this is how Apollo exposes records publicly; confirmed indexed examples exist for other people). This requires no Apollo action and yields, at best, a low-value contact-card mention, not an editorial dofollow link to micahberkley.com. (2) IDENTITY VERIFY / DATA-ACCESS: go to https://www.apollo.io/claim/person/information-access/ and enter a business email to receive a verification code and request a copy of the data Apollo holds (lets him SEE his record and confirm accuracy; does NOT let him add a link). (3) DATA HYGIENE / OPT-OUT (only if he wants the record corrected or removed): https://www.apollo.io/claim/person/remove (enter business email, click email verification link) or email privacy@apollo.io with the profile URL. (4) SIGN UP to browse the database: https://www.apollo.io/sign-up (free account) to search and view his own enriched record. None of these create a link asset for SEO. Assets needed: a working business email (for any verification step) and an up-to-date LinkedIn (the enrichment source).

Caveats. VERIFICATION: The candidate URL https://www.apollo.io/people/ returns HTTP 410 Gone - there is no public directory root. Apollo's real public person pages live at the pattern apollo.io/people/First/Last/<24-char-id> (confirmed via Google-indexed live examples: Tam Pham, Rajesh Bhaskar, Mark Cai, Joel Holdaway). WHY LOW VALUE FOR MICAH: Apollo is a B2B data BROKER, not a profile/listing site. (a) No self-publish or claim-for-link mechanism exists - records are scraped, not authored, so Micah cannot insert a link to micahberkley.com. (b) The only person-facing endpoints are a data-access request (apollo.io/claim/person/information-access/) and a removal/opt-out request (apollo.io/claim/person/remove) - both privacy tools, neither adds a link. (c) Even a live public Apollo page shows the EMPLOYER's website, not a personal domain, and the page is built to drive Apollo signups, not pass link equity - effectively no dofollow link to micahberkley.com. NET: This is a parity / data-hygiene item (make sure his enriched record is accurate, or opt out), NOT a backlink-acquisition target. Domain authority is high but the link value to micahberkley.com is ~zero, so value_score=2. The discovery note's framing was accurate.

Done when. The Apollo.io profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Lead411

claimauth: mediumdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 2/10

Goal. Create or secure a Lead411 listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Agent completes autonomously. Use Gmail for verification. Flag if phone OTP or photo ID is required

Action URL. https://www.lead411.com/removeinforequest/

Contact. support@lead411.io

Steps
CRITICAL SEO FINDING: Lead411's individual person-profile pages (pattern: https://www4.lead411.com/{First_Last_ID}.html) do NOT contain an outbound link to the person's own website or LinkedIn. They show name, title, masked email behind a paywall ("Get Full Email" via free trial), phone, location, and a link only to the COMPANY's internal Lead411 page. So a personal record here yields NO backlink to micahberkley.com — it fails the core goal of this project. Lead411 is also a registered data broker (TX), so its individual records are auto-aggregated, not self-submitted, and offer opt-OUT (CCPA "Do Not Sell" / removeinforequest) rather than self-add with a custom link.

IF PURSUED ANYWAY (two distinct paths, neither delivers a clean dofollow to micahberkley.com):
1) Personal contact record (the path that mirrors the competitor's listings): There is no public self-submit form. Records are auto-generated. Practical action = (a) Google 'Micah Berkley lead411' / search www4.lead411.com periodically; (b) if a record appears, use the CCPA data-access/correction flow at https://www.lead411.com/removeinforequest/ ('select access personal data in my profile') or email support@lead411.io / call 877-673-1022 to correct title/company. Note this still won't add a clickable backlink to his site — Lead411's profile template has no personal-website field.
2) Company / sales-tool directory listing (https://www.lead411.com/add-listing/ → renders under https://www.lead411.com/sales-tools/{name}/): this is a B2B vendor/sales-tool directory for COMPANIES and tools, not a thought-leader profile. It is not a true replication of the competitor's contact-aggregator listings, and link/dofollow status of the resulting sales-tool page is unverified.

RECOMMENDATION: Skip Lead411 for this campaign. The competitor isn't listed here, the platform offers no self-submit personal profile, and even a generated record carries no backlink to the client's site.

Caveats. Confirmed via WebSearch + WebFetch on 2026-06-14. So even a successful claim yields ZERO backlink to micahberkley.com. No public self-submit for personal records (auto-aggregated data broker; CCPA opt-out/correct only via https://www.lead411.com/removeinforequest/, support@lead411.io, 877-673-1022). The /add-listing/ path is a separate company/sales-tool vendor directory (https://www.lead411.com/sales-tools/{name}/), not a personal profile, and is not a true mirror of the competitor's listing type. Domain authority is decent (established B2B data platform) but irrelevant without a usable outbound link. Recommend SKIP. discovery guess of acquisition_method='claim' is directionally right (records are claimed/corrected, not self-added), but the discovery note's instinct that this is 'not a priority since even the competitor isn't listed' is fully confirmed — deprioritize.

Done when. The Lead411 profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

1) Go to https://www.prnewswire.com/account/online-account-form/ ("Send a Release") and create a PR Newswire / Cision Online Membership. Cost (confirmed 2026): $195/yr by credit card (or $249 by invoice). This membership is mandatory before you can submit.
2) Choose a distribution circuit per release: US1/National ~$805 or a Local/regional circuit ~$350, for a standard 400-word release. Add-ons if wanted: image $325, logo ~$500, AP syndication $325, extra words $140-225 per 100 words.
3) Write a self-issued release for Micah's news hook (e.g., a milestone/product/launch for micahberkley.com or AI Success Partners). ASSETS NEEDED: company/issuer name + contact, headline, ~400-word body, dateline, a media contact email/phone, optional logo/headshot image, and a boilerplate "About" paragraph.
4) CRITICAL FOR THE BACKLINK: put the hyperlink to https://micahberkley.com inside the boilerplate/About section and/or the contact block (PR Newswire allows hyperlinks in the body/boilerplate; the on-prnewswire.com link itself is nofollow, but the value is the dozens of syndicated republications, some of which pass link/citation value or at minimum brand mentions + a permanent prnewswire.com profile page).
5) Submit, pass editorial compliance review, and it publishes to a permanent prnewswire.com news page (your own issuer page, analogous to /news/emerge-americas/).

BUDGET ALTERNATIVE: Micah already uses EIN Presswire (separate row) — same mechanism for ~$100-300/release and far cheaper if cost is the constraint.

Caveats. PR Newswire is a top-tier wire (DR ~90+, immense authority/trust signal for AI search + E-E-A-T). Caveats lowering the score from a 9: (1) prnewswire.com release links are nofollow — direct SEO link juice is limited; the real value is syndication breadth + brand/entity authority + a permanent issuer page. (2) It's PAID and recurring ($195/yr membership + ~$350 local / ~$805 national per release, add-ons can push past $3,000). Highly replicable but the per-release spend is the gating factor. Cheaper equivalent (EIN Presswire) already in Micah's stack should be considered first; reserve PR Newswire for a genuinely newsworthy milestone where national wire reach justifies the cost. Pricing sources: prezly.com/academy/pr-newswire-pricing, pressonify.ai 2026 Q2 update.

Done when. The PR Newswire profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

EZ Newswire

paidauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: mediumvalue 7/10

Goal. Create or secure a EZ Newswire listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://app.eznewswire.com/users/sign_up/check_email

Steps
1) Go to https://app.eznewswire.com/users/sign_up/check_email and create a FREE account using a work email (e.g. tek@urbanvisionmg.com) or Google sign-in. Signup is free; payment only happens at publish time. 2) Inside the dashboard, start a new release. Use the built-in AI wizard or paste a pre-written draft. 4) In the body, embed a hyperlink to https://micahberkley.com on his name or brand (place it naturally in the boilerplate/About paragraph; one branded anchor is safest). 5) Choose a paid tier: Starter $750 (AP News + EZ Newswire newsroom page + 100+ local/regional sites incl. Post and Courier), Plus $1,250 (adds Fortune, USA Today, pickup tracking analytics, AI visibility optimization), or Premium $1,500 (adds Reuters, Yahoo Finance, advanced AEO analytics, post-publish edits, expedited processing). 6) Pay per release and publish. ASSETS NEEDED: release headline + body copy (300-800 words), a high-res headshot/logo image (free, no word/image surcharge), boilerplate About paragraph with the micahberkley.com link, a quote attributed to Micah, and a payment card. No press credentials or media list required — fully self-serve.

Caveats. This single release was also syndicated to Yahoo Finance, Morningstar, PR Newswire, AI Journal, RefreshMiami, and MiamiSIC — so one paid EZ Newswire release fans out into multiple high-authority pickups, which is the real backlink value. REPLICABILITY: Fully self-serve and replicable — no editorial gatekeeping, no press credentials. Free account, pay-per-release. Identical path is open to Micah. PRICING (verified on eznewswire.com/pricing, per release, no word/image surcharge): Starter $750 = AP News + permanent eznewswire.com newsroom page + 100+ local/regional sites. Plus $1,250 = + Fortune, USA Today, pickup tracking, AI visibility optimization. Premium $1,500 = + Reuters, Yahoo Finance, advanced AEO analytics, post-publish edits. Enterprise = custom (contact sales). AUTHORITY: High. EZ Newswire (NY, founded 2022) distributes to AP, Reuters, Fortune, Yahoo Finance, USA Today; the eznewswire.com newsroom domain itself is an established PR-wire property. The Yahoo Finance / Morningstar pickups carry significant domain authority for entity/AI-visibility signals. DOFOLLOW: Set to unknown — could not confirm rel attributes from rendered fetch (WebFetch could not read raw HTML link attributes reliably). PR-wire newsroom pages and most syndicated pickups (Yahoo Finance, Morningstar) are very commonly nofollow/sponsored, so do NOT assume SEO link-juice; the primary value here is BRAND/ENTITY mentions and AI-search (AEO) citations rather than classic dofollow PageRank. EZ Newswire explicitly markets "AI visibility optimization" and "AEO insights," which aligns with Micah's AI-thought-leadership positioning. Verify rel attribute on a live published release if dofollow is a hard requirement. VALUE 7/10: high authority + highly replicable + multi-outlet syndication, but knocked down from a 9 because (a) it costs $750-$1,500 per release (not free) and (b) dofollow is unconfirmed and likely nofollow, so treat as a brand/AEO play more than a raw link-equity play.

Done when. The EZ Newswire profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

EIN Presswire

paidauth: mediumdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a EIN Presswire listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://www.einpresswire.com/pricing

Steps
Self-submit a paid press release. Steps for Micah: (1) Go to https://www.einpresswire.com/login and create/log into an account (he already has one - this exact release is live as article 864673585, dated 2025-11-05, source 'AI Success Partners', with working hyperlinks to micahberkley.com, clearpitch.ai, aisuccesspartners.com). (2) Buy a distribution package at https://www.einpresswire.com/pricing - Basic is $149/single release (cheapest true single option; the discovery's '$99.95 pay-as-you-go' was not found on the live pricing page), or Pro+ $499 for 5+2 releases (~$71/release) for scaling. (3) Draft a release under the Basic limits: 700 words max, 1 embedded image, 1 video, and exactly 3 keyword anchor-text links. (4) CRITICAL anchor-text rule: EIN's anchor links only fire if the keyword box text EXACTLY matches text in the body, only on first occurrence, and a keyword can't be reused - so put 'Micah Berkley' or 'micahberkley.com' as one of the 3 anchors pointing to https://micahberkley.com and ensure that exact phrase appears in the body. Assets needed: written release, 1 logo/headshot image, optional video, target URLs, and a billing card. Note: links are NOFOLLOW (EIN policy), so value is brand visibility, Google News + AI/LLM platform indexation, and syndication - not direct link equity.

Caveats. Still a valid, fully replicable backlink/citation source for Micah - and he has ALREADY done it: article 864673585 is live with clickable links to micahberkley.com. Reality checks vs discovery guess: (a) acquisition_method is PAID, not free self-submit ($149 Basic minimum; no free tier). (b) Links are NOFOLLOW per EIN's own policy + corroborating SEO sources - dofollow=no, so this is a brand-visibility/syndication/GEO-citation play, not link-equity. (c) Pricing on the live page: Basic $149 single, Pro+ $499 (5+2), Corporate $999 (15+5); could not verify the claimed '$99.95 pay-as-you-go' tier. value_score=6: replicable + already proven + decent syndication/Google News reach, docked for nofollow and recurring per-release cost.

Done when. The EIN Presswire profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Forbes Technology Council

paidauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Forbes Technology Council listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Forbes Technology Council (Forbes Councils)

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://councils.forbes.com/qualify

Steps
1) Go to the qualification/application form at https://councils.forbes.com/qualify (the "Qualify" CTA on the Forbes Technology Council page). 2) Confirm eligibility BEFORE applying: you must be a senior-level technology executive (founder/C-suite/owner) AND your company must show at least $1,000,000 USD annual revenue OR have received at least $1,000,000 in financing. This is the gating requirement for Micah — he must be able to substantiate a senior tech-exec title + a company meeting the $1M revenue/financing bar (e.g., position micahberkley.com / his AI-SEO venture credibly). 3) Fill out the application form with: full name, professional title, company, company revenue/financing, LinkedIn URL, areas of expertise (AI, SEO, martech), bio, and how you heard about the council. A member referral speeds acceptance but is not required. 4) Application is reviewed by a Forbes Councils selection committee. 5) If accepted, pay membership dues to activate (2025 reported pricing: standard ~$2,500-$2,700/yr + ~$600 one-time initiation fee = ~$3,100-$3,300 first year; premium ~$6,800/yr + $600). 6) Once active, complete your member profile (which yields a councils.forbes.com profile page like https://councils.forbes.com/profile/...) and publish bylined articles on forbes.com/councils/forbestechcouncil/. 7) Put the link to https://micahberkley.com in your member profile bio and article author bios. NOTE: the bio/byline link to micahberkley.com will be NOFOLLOW (Forbes set contributor external links to nofollow in 2017), so the value is brand authority + AI/GEO citation + a forbes.com presence, not direct link equity.

Caveats. AUTHORITY: forbes.com is a DR~94/DA~94 domain — extremely high brand authority; a Forbes Councils presence is valuable for E-E-A-T, AI/LLM citation (GEO), and credibility even if the link is nofollow. EFFORT=high and acquisition=paid (~$3,100+ first year), which is why value_score is capped at 6 despite the elite domain. Compared with the rest of the replication list, this is a high-prestige but high-cost, nofollow, eligibility-gated target — pursue only if budget allows and Micah can substantiate the revenue/title requirements; prioritize cheaper self-submit dofollow listings first.

Done when. The Forbes Technology Council profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Fast Company Executive Board

paidauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: highvalue 6/10

Goal. Create or secure a Fast Company Executive Board listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://board.fastcompany.com/qualify

Contact. ExecutiveBoard@fastcompany.com

Steps
1) Confirm eligibility: Micah qualifies via the "Founder/co-founder of a company generating $2M+ annual revenue OR with $2M+ institutional funding" path, OR the alternative path "regular, edited (non-self-published) contributor to an industry publication" OR "published author through an established publishing house" OR "paid speaker ($50K+/yr or 25+ paid engagements)." He should select whichever criterion he can document. 2) Start the application at https://board.fastcompany.com/qualify (or board.fastcompany.com/membership -> Apply Now), which routes to the Omeda application system at application.fastcompany.com (omedasite=FCEB_join). 3) Provide: full name, email, company name, his title (e.g., Founder/CEO), company annual revenue or funding figure, professional bio, LinkedIn URL, and his website https://micahberkley.com. Have proof points ready (revenue, funding, published work, or speaking history). 4) Submit; the internal membership selection committee reviews and responds within ~2 business days. 5) If accepted, pay annual membership dues (1-year or 2-year package; pricing is not public and is quoted on acceptance, comparable exec councils run ~$2,000+/yr). 6) Once paid, work with the member team to publish a FastCompany.com executive/contributor profile and bylined articles, and include the link to https://micahberkley.com in his author bio/profile. Assets needed: headshot, 100-150 word bio with the micahberkley.com link, company details with revenue/funding documentation, and 1+ article idea/draft for a byline.

Caveats. Platform is real and active: application flow at board.fastcompany.com/qualify -> apply.fastcompany.com/fc-executive-board-membership/begin -> 302 redirect to application.fastcompany.com (Omeda, omedasite=FCEB_join), confirming the pipeline works. Confirmed member benefits include "Publish bylined articles on FastCompany.com" + an executive profile page (these profile/author pages are where the micahberkley.com link lands). PAID: annual dues required after acceptance; pricing is NOT publicly listed (quoted on acceptance). Eligibility is gated and vetted by a selection committee (~2 business day response). replicable_for_micah=maybe because acceptance depends on him meeting/documenting the revenue/funding/author/speaker thresholds; if he qualifies as a founder ($2M+ rev/funding) or as a published author/contributor it is replicable. dofollow=unknown: Fast Company is a high-DR domain but contributor/executive-board author bio links are frequently nofollow/sponsored on large media council programs (BizJournals/Forbes Councils pattern) - cannot confirm without an actual live member profile to inspect. Value_score 6: very high domain authority and brand halo, but high effort + recurring cost + uncertain link attribute pull it below a free self-submit directory. Contact ExecutiveBoard@fastcompany.com for dues/process questions.

Done when. The Fast Company Executive Board profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Refresh Miami

paidauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Refresh Miami listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Refresh Miami - Community Calendar (event + organizer page + host credit)

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://refreshmiami.com/submit-an-event/

Contact. team@refreshmiami.com

Steps
1) Go to https://refreshmiami.com/pricing/ and buy a "Supporter" membership ($10/mo; annual discount available). This is mandatory — only Supporter or Employer members can post to the Community Calendar. 2) Log in, then go to https://refreshmiami.com/submit-an-event/ and click submit/add event. 3) In the Organizer field, create a NEW organizer named e.g. "Micah Berkley" or "Micah Berkley AI/SEO" — this auto-generates a public organizer page at /organizer/<slug>/ (mirrors /organizer/miami-ai-hub/). In the organizer's Website field enter https://micahberkley.com (note: this renders nofollow). 5) Set a real AI/SEO event (date, venue or virtual, title) — fabricated/no-show events risk removal, so list a genuine meetup/webinar. ASSETS NEEDED: Refresh Miami account email + payment method ($10/mo); organizer name + logo/headshot; event title, date/time, location (or "Virtual"), description copy; micahberkley.com URL; optional LinkedIn URL. NOTE: event "tags" do NOT generate public /events/tag/ pages on this install (tested /events/tag/ai/ = 404), so do not rely on a name-tag page — the durable artifacts are the organizer page and the event page host credit.

Caveats. PLATFORM: runs The Events Calendar Pro on WordPress. AUTHORITY: high — Refresh Miami is the oldest/largest Miami tech community (16k+ members), strong topical + local relevance for an AI/SEO brand. DOFOLLOW = NO (decisive): I inspected the raw HTML rel attributes — every user-supplied external link on event and organizer pages carries rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow noindex" (4 such links on the event page, 6 on the organizer page). So the link to micahberkley.com from the organizer Website field AND the host-credit body link will both be nofollow+noindex. COST: $10/mo Supporter membership required to post (verified on /pricing/: Subscriber $0, Supporter $10/mo, Employer $100/mo; Supporter benefit = "Promote events on the Miami Tech Community Calendar"). Fully self-serve and replicable. Tradeoff that caps value_score at 5: paid + nofollow + requires hosting/listing a real event (ongoing effort) — but it precisely replicates the competitor's footprint (organizer page + named host credit + outbound link to his site).

Done when. The Refresh Miami profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Yahoo Finance

paidauth: highdofollow: noeffort: mediumvalue 5/10

Goal. Create or secure a Yahoo Finance listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Yahoo Finance (news syndication via PR wire)

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://www.eznewswire.com/pricing

Contact. EZ Newswire: order via https://www.eznewswire.com/pricing (Premium $1,500). Alt wire: PR Newswire sales/quote at https://www.prnewswire.com/ (request a distribution package that includes Yahoo Finance).

Steps
For Micah to replicate (get his own Yahoo Finance news page):
1. Go to https://www.eznewswire.com/pricing and purchase the PREMIUM tier at $1,500/release. Premium is the ONLY EZ Newswire tier that explicitly includes Yahoo Finance (it also adds Reuters; Starter $750 and Plus $1,250 do NOT include Yahoo Finance).
2. Create an account / start a release order on the chosen wire.
3. Provide assets: a newsworthy headline + 400-800 word press release body (e.g., a Micah Berkley company milestone, product launch, AI/SEO initiative, or award), a high-res headshot/logo, a boilerplate 'About' paragraph, and a media contact name/email/phone.
4. Embed the backlink: include https://micahberkley.com as an anchor link in the body and boilerplate (most wires allow 1-3 links; expect them to render nofollow on syndication partners).
5. Submit and pay. Within ~24-72h the release publishes on the wire's newsroom and syndicates to a finance.yahoo.com/news/...

ASSETS MICAH NEEDS: press release copy, headshot/logo, About/boilerplate, media contact info, payment ($1,500 EZ Newswire Premium or PR Newswire quote), and the target link https://micahberkley.com.

Caveats. VERIFIED via WebFetch of the live Yahoo Finance page + WebSearch + EZ Newswire pricing page. Publisher: PR Newswire, published on Yahoo Finance 2025-06-26 — a PAID press release syndication, NOT editorial. Same release also lives on Morningstar, prnewswire.com, eznewswire.com, miamisic.org, refreshmiami.com, privsource.com — a single paid wire blast that fans out to many high-authority finance/news domains (good for entity/brand-mention SEO and AI-search citation, which aligns with Micah's GEO goals). So a Yahoo Finance placement gives Micah a HIGH-AUTHORITY brand MENTION and an AI-citable source, but realistically a nofollow/no link for traditional SEO juice. That is why dofollow=no and value_score=5 (high authority + replicable, but paid $1,500 and not a true dofollow link). Pricing verified on eznewswire.com/pricing: Starter $750 (AP + 100+ local), Plus $1,250 (adds Fortune, USA Today), Premium $1,500 (adds Reuters + Yahoo Finance), Enterprise custom. Yahoo Finance is Premium-only. Buy ONE wire release and capture the whole press cluster rather than treating Yahoo Finance as a standalone target. Where wires permit an actual anchor link, ensure https://micahberkley.com is embedded so at least the originating newsroom (eznewswire.com / prnewswire.com) page carries the link even if Yahoo strips it.

Done when. The Yahoo Finance profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Entrepreneur Leadership Network

paidauth: highdofollow: noeffort: highvalue 4/10

Goal. Create or secure a Entrepreneur Leadership Network listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Context. Entrepreneur Leadership Network (ELN) - entrepreneur.com paid contributor program

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://www.entrepreneur.com/leadership-network/application?p=premium

Steps
FREE to apply, paid only if accepted. Step 1: Go to https://www.entrepreneur.com/leadership-network and click "Apply Now" (or directly https://www.entrepreneur.com/leadership-network/application?p=premium). Step 2: Create/log into an Entrepreneur.com account (email is tied to login). Step 3: Complete the single-page application. Required fields and assets Micah must prepare: First name, Last name, phone number (gets SMS-verified at the end), email; Area of Expertise (e.g. "AI & SEO / Digital Marketing"); a third-person Bio of UP TO 300 characters; "Contribution Motivation" statement; TWO article pitches, each a headline + a summary of max 150 words. Optional but recommended for the backlink: fill the "Company Website" field and "Linktree" field with https://micahberkley.com, plus his X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok profile URLs, and links to previously published articles. Accept Terms of Use + Writer's Guidelines checkboxes, then complete phone verification. Step 4: Selection committee reviews in ~3-5 business days; they may ask Micah to rework pitches. Step 5: If accepted, pay the annual membership ($3,000/yr per official ELN FAQ - NOTE: this corrects the discovery guess of ~$1,000) to activate the author bio page and the content submission system (up to 4 articles/month, 2-4 week editorial review each). The author bio page and in-article author byline are where the link to micahberkley.com lives.

Caveats. It is still a legitimate replicable backlink source, so action fields are filled. KEY CAVEATS for Micah: (1) PRICE CORRECTION - the discovery note said ~$1,000/yr; the official ELN FAQ (help.entrepreneur.com) and the leadership-network page both state $3,000/yr, no monthly option, charged only after acceptance. (2) DOFOLLOW - Entrepreneur.com is widely documented (alongside Forbes/Inc/HuffPost) as applying nofollow to outbound contributor/author-bio links, so the backlink most likely passes NO direct link equity; primary value is brand authority signal, E-E-A-T/entity reinforcement for AI-search (GEO), and referral traffic to micahberkley.com - not PageRank. (3) High authority domain (DR ~90+) but the combination of $3k/yr cost, application gate, ongoing 4-articles/month writing commitment, and nofollow links makes this LOW priority versus cheaper self-submit dofollow directories. Worth it only if Micah wants the "as seen in Entrepreneur" credibility badge and is willing to produce monthly content. value_score 4/10: very high authority but nofollow + high cost + high effort. The discovery action_url (info.entrepreneur.com/leadership-network-apply-now) 301-redirects to the main leadership-network page - use the application URL above directly.

Done when. The Entrepreneur Leadership Network profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Newsweek Expert Forum

paidauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: highvalue 3/10

Goal. Create or secure a Newsweek Expert Forum listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://www.newsweek.com/authors/nef-expert-panel

Steps
BLOCKED / not currently actionable via the stated path. The entire forum.newsweek.com application funnel is dead: the root (https://forum.newsweek.com/), the qualify page (https://forum.newsweek.com/qualify), /learn-more, and /qualify-thanks ALL return hard HTTP 410 Gone (permanent removal), verified 2026-06-14. Note: AI search-snippet prose claiming the program is "actively open as of early 2026 at $1,500/article" is contradicted by direct HTTP evidence and should not be trusted. Only the legacy Newsweek.com author archive (https://www.newsweek.com/authors/nef-expert-panel) is still live, hosting historical member articles, but there is no working self-serve apply/qualify form. IF Micah wants to pursue this anyway, the only viable route is a direct pitch to Newsweek: (1) Confirm the program status by emailing the Newsweek Expert Forum / Community Company team (the Forbes Councils operator behind it) and asking whether membership is still open and what the current dues are. (2) If reopened, the historical eligibility was: US/Canada resident, senior exec/CEO/President/VP/Founder/professor with 5+ years experience, company with $500K+ annual revenue (or $500K+ institutional funding) — Micah qualifies as an AI/SEO founder. (3) Assets he would need: professional headshot, executive bio naming micahberkley.com, company revenue attestation, LinkedIn, and 1-2 article topic pitches. (4) The payoff if accepted is a Newsweek.com author/expert profile page with a dofollow bio link to https://micahberkley.com plus bylined articles. RECOMMENDATION: treat as low-priority / deprioritize unless Newsweek confirms the program is alive; the published entry point is gone, so this is NOT a clean replicable backlink right now. Consider the live Forbes Councils as a directly comparable alternative for the same dimension.

Caveats. PLATFORM STATUS: The application program appears discontinued. Direct HTTP checks on forum.newsweek.com root, /qualify (the discovery action_url), /learn-more, and /qualify-thanks ALL return 410 Gone. The discovery micah_action and action_url (https://forum.newsweek.com/qualify) are therefore broken/dead. Only the legacy newsweek.com author archive remains live. WHAT IT IS: Newsweek Expert Forum was the Newsweek-branded equivalent of Forbes Councils — a paid (~$1,000-$2,500/yr historically), application+committee-screened executive membership that granted a Newsweek.com author/expert profile and bylined publishing, with bio backlinks to the member's site (Councils-model bio links are typically dofollow, hence dofollow=unknown but historically yes). Authority is high (newsweek.com, DR 90+). But because the entry funnel returns 410, replicable_for_micah=no and value_score is low DESPITE the high domain authority. CAVEAT ON SOURCES: A WebSearch AI summary asserted the program is "actively open as of early 2026, $1,500/article, reviews in 2-4 weeks." I did NOT confirm that and it directly conflicts with the 410 responses on every program page — I am treating it as unreliable, not as fact. The only honest status: the published application path is dead; reopening would require direct confirmation from Newsweek. NEXT ACTION FOR THE PROJECT: Substitute the live Forbes Councils (or Fast Company Executive Board / Rolling Stone Culture Council — same Community Company operator, same dimension, same dofollow author-bio model) as the actionable replacement for this 'authority council / paid application' dimension.

Done when. The Newsweek Expert Forum profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

Rolling Stone Culture Council

paidauth: highdofollow: unknowneffort: highvalue 2/10

Goal. Create or secure a Rolling Stone Culture Council listing for Micah Berkley that links to micahberkley.com.

Autonomy. Requires approval and payment before submitting

Action URL. https://council.rollingstone.com/qualify/

Contact. (800) 462-3183

Steps
CURRENTLY NOT ACTIONABLE — applications are closed. As of June 2026 the live qualify page text reads verbatim: "The Rolling Stone Culture Council accepts new member applications on a rolling basis. At this time, we're not accepting new applications." The council.rollingstone.com subdomain now 301-redirects to the main rollingstone.com homepage, and /qualify/, /faq/, and /blog/ paths all return HTTP 404 — strong signal the program is paused or being wound down. WHEN/IF IT REOPENS, the path would be: (1) Go to https://council.rollingstone.com/qualify/ and submit the application form. (2) Eligibility: hold a senior title (Founder/CEO/CXO/VP/Partner) at a company with $500K+ annual revenue OR $1M+ institutional funding; OR qualify as a thought leader (earn $50K+/yr speaking, 25+ paid speaking gigs, an author published by an established house, or a regular edited contributor to a non-competing industry outlet). Micah qualifies via the thought-leader/founder track. (3) Assets to provide: full name, company (micahberkley.com brand / Urban Vision Media Group), title, work email, LinkedIn, a short bio, and proof of qualification (revenue/funding or speaking/publishing credentials). (4) Pay the membership fee — historically ~$1,500/yr + $500 one-time initiation (discovery cites $1,700/yr + $500, Premium $5,800/yr). (5) Once approved, member submits bylined articles published on RollingStone.com under an author profile, which is where the link to https://micahberkley.com would be placed (author bio / in-article links). RECOMMENDATION: Skip for now; re-check council.rollingstone.com/qualify/ in a few months to see if applications reopen.

Caveats. Searches for his name + Rolling Stone / council / columnist / byline / contributor returned zero connecting results; he has no RollingStone.com author page. His thought-leadership bylines are on CTO Magazine and his own 'Generative Letters' newsletter/Medium instead. PLATFORM STATUS (June 2026): The council appears paused/closed to new members. Live qualify-page snippet states verbatim: 'At this time, we're not accepting new applications.' council.rollingstone.com 301-redirects to rollingstone.com homepage; /qualify/, /faq/, /blog/ all 404. WebFetch repeatedly bounced through the redirect — confirmed via TinyFish search snippet of the cached page. HISTORICAL CONTEXT: Legitimate pay-to-publish program by the YEC team (same model as Forbes Councils). Members got a RollingStone.com author profile + bylined articles — genuinely high domain authority (rollingstone.com), so it WAS a valuable dofollow-class backlink source when open. Pricing per Guardian/NY Post (2021): ~$1,500/yr + $500 initiation; discovery's $1,700/yr + $500 + $5,800 Premium tiers are plausible. dofollow status set to 'unknown' — could not confirm rel attributes on a live current member byline because the program funnel is down. Recommend re-checking council.rollingstone.com/qualify/ periodically in case the program reopens. Phone line listed as (800) 462-3183 if Micah wants to ask about reopening.

Done when. The Rolling Stone Culture Council profile is live and public and shows a working link to micahberkley.com. Record dofollow or nofollow.

I ran backlinks_overview + backlinks_refdomains (sorted by Authority Score desc, limit 100) on BOTH live domains via Semrush MCP. Those are the rows below. I did not fabricate any Semrush numbers — every domain/AS/backlink count below is from the actual refdomains report. Spam refdomains are deliberately excluded as non-actionable. NOTE: AS = Semrush Authority Score (0-100), reported as domain_score from the report.
